This custom home is beautifully appointed with designer furnishing and the highest quality finishes throughout. The floor plan is open and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Whether you're shooting pool, playing shuffleboard, or just sitting at the bar, this home is the perfect place for your vacation.

If you're looking for a true desert getaway vacation with your own resort-style backyard then this house won't disappoint. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and has amazing views from the roof top deck, where you'll have panoramic views of the entire valley. Moreover, the backyard includes a pool (heating is an additional fee) and spa, a built-in BBQ, a large putting green, a bocce ball court, an impressive firepit, and a covered patio lounge area with a TV.

Indoors, the gourmet chef's kitchen is stocked with premium appliances, utensil drawers, cookware, and more. This home also features a Casita suite, just off the courtyard, which is a great space for privacy and even includes a kitchenette.

This home is located near several championship golf courses including Troon North, Scottsdale National, Rio Verde Golf, TPC, and Grayhawk. As well as several hiking trails close by including Granite Mountain, Toms Thumb, Pinnacle Peak, Fraesfield, Browns Ranch, and many more.

The property is off the beaten path, but still close to wonderful shopping and dining options. It's 15 minutes to the DC marketplace, 20 minutes to the 101 freeway, and only 25 minutes to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter.

45th Annual High School Reunion

Away from the city, quiet, intimate and extremely fun! Lots of laughing, old stories, drinks, good food, and great memories! The house was magnificent! Pool, spa, putting, bocce, pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, March Madness on the big TV's whenever we wanted it! Everyone loved the house! Thank you for a great vacation! HHS 80'

Amazing Time

We (4 couples) had the most amazing time at this home. The host could not have been any better and the property was truly amazing! Room for all of us to gather (by the fire pit!), a truly gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill. It was the perfect spot and we can’t wait to get back!

Best Home

Found a wonderful retreat for our family to enjoy for the week of Thanksgiving in Scottsdale! The host was fantastic from booking our stay to touching base after check out. The house is awesome and THE best furnished rental property we had ever seen. The house is cleaned to perfection and set up for a wonderful welcome. Every item in the house is top quality and in top condition. The house, pool, hot tub, play area in backyard, outdoor kitchen and dining, pool table, fire pit and other entertainment items are in great condition. The layout of the house is perfect for family or friends. We had 3 kids and the accommodations are perfect for fun and safety. The location is convenient for restaurants, hiking and sites to explore. The host is available and will handle any questions very quickly. This house will be on our repeat list!!

We took our annual family trip to AZ. ( our children’s ages 18, 20, 21, and 23) The house was spacious with plenty of room to hang out. It was a hot July but the house was very comfortable. The host was available for any needs we had. House was beautiful and comfortable.

Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay! The house was clean, very spacious, well organized and we appreciated knowing we could contact Sarah should any issues arise. The kitchen was nicely furnished with a variety of small appliances. We enjoyed the wide array of outdoor toys and equipment.The secure locks on all doors to the backyard were especially helpful with small children. We would highly recommend!

Showstopper!

By far one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have ever had! This fabulous home was obviously designed with luxury and leisure in mind. There were so many options, we never wanted to leave the property! The desert setting itself offered a magical vibe. Our family of 6 adults and one 5 year old enjoyed every minute of our stay…the stunning pool and hot tub, putting green, bocce ball and the views from the rooftop patio. We had one rainy day and took advantage of the indoor options…pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong and games. Very clean and lots of attention to detail. Sarah, our host was extremely helpful and attentive…answering any question we may have had. We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful retreat

This property is amazing; the home, the grounds, and the view are wonderful. It was a great retreat for our busy family ages 71 to 5. Sarah is a very nice host, who responds quickly to every question.

Every One loved the FUN and GAMES

This property was full of extras...pool table, bocce ball, putting green, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, pool, hot tub, gas fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and baking basics. Always appreciated. Everything was in great shape and the home was in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loved the nearby Sonoran Desert. Easy trips to Scottsdale, Old Towne, Cave Creek to watch bull riding and Carefree for shopping. GREAT time had by all! Thanks Sarah for your hospitality.

Birthday Celebration

Everything about this home is first-rate. Six adults stayed for a week. We were very comfortable. The house was spotless, the amenities (hot tub, pool, etc.) were excellent, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the views are spectacular. The property manager was very responsive! Highly recommend this home!

Excellent property and experience

This was an excellent property that housed 9 family members, which included two children. The host, Sarah, was really communicative and very responsive to any and all inquiries. The property itself was very clean and had all the little details that one would expect when being right at home. The amenities were awesome, including a wonderful and relaxing swimming pool and hot tub and the billiards and shuffleboard tables got a lot of use and were very entertaining. Sarah was meticulous with her property and surrounding details, including an excellent and informative Welcome package about the property itself as well as the 'things to do' in the surrounding region. The property is about a 20–30-minute drive to awesome golf courses. The check-in process was extremely easy and the check-out was equally as user-friendly. Would absolutely rent this property out for a future stay and this comes highly recommended. Kudos to Sarah and her team for such a fantastic piece of real estate with gorgeous views and thinking of all the little details to make people feel at home.

Wonderful stay for multi-generational family!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The space inside the home was laid out well for everyone to have privacy and easily gather together. The home had a lot of indoor and outdoor activities to entertain the younger kids. The backyard area and pool were amazing and well maintained. The kitchen had all items you might need and this is one of the best stocked homes I’ve stayed at. The home is definitely a bit out of town, but has a ton of amenities on site.

I would highly recommend this house. Sarah is a great manager. The checking in process was very simple and she checked on us during our visit. The check out was process was very good too. They house is well stocked (paper products, garage bags, dishwasher soap). We have been using Vrbo for years. This is one of the best homes.

Awesome property

We hosted our family reunion at this wonderful property. Ages ranged from 7 months to 57 years old. EVERYONE had a fun and found something to do right at the house….from swimming to bocce ball, this property has it all.

Beautiful Place!

We had a group of 8 adults stay and there was room for more! Beautiful clean large house and yard, it was too chilly to use the pool but a few tried out the heated spa instead. We took advantage of the games inside and the large living room in the cool evenings. We did get in some time on the rooftop deck and enjoyed the great view. The place is as great as the pictures look and Sarah at Modern Retreats was wonderful to communicate with. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

Excellent “Away from it all” home

This was a great property out of the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale but still close enough for easy access to shops and restaurants. The location was quiet and private and the home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this property.
