Villa with pool and history, home of famous artist, has panoramic sea view and is 10 minutes walk to the beaches, a 12 x 6 m swimming pool, stands in its own land, offers privacy, is secluded by cypress trees , a small oasis of Palm trees , ideal for light entertaining and alfresco dining.
The Villa is 10 minutes drive to Cannes (or 3 minutes by train).
Walking distance to station and sandy beaches of Golfe Juan, and its shopping , restaurants, marinas. Parking for 3/4 cars.
Interesting nearby villages, Mougins, Valbonne, St Paul de Vance, Antibes, Cannes.
The accommodation modernised in 2010 offers 4 double bedrooms (one in separate tower suite), 4 bath/shower rooms, panoramic lounge with Wifi and cable TV, garden level ample kitchen/dining room with adjacent patio area, dining table for 12 and several outdoor dining facilities, and pizza oven.
Garden with fruit trees : Lemons, Kakis, Figues, Prickly Pears. Private parking.
Also available on request a Sailing boat ( Janneau 33' ) or Motor boat ( Sunseeker 67' ) with captain at friendly prices.
