Great homemade away from home!

We rented for a trip to Zion National Park for a few days. The location is great & the home is lovely. Clean & inviting with comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked. I’d not hesitate to rent this property again!

Good Vacation

Great location for Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks! House was very nice and in a good location to get in and out of. Would stay there again if in this area.

Fabulous location

Southern Utah visit

Stayed here during our visit to Bryce Canyon & Zion National Park. Also found a nice & very affordable golf course in Cedar City. This property is comfortable, clean & in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect little place!

House was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, and room to gather. We were in town for a graduation and this house was a great place for our family to gather and play games. Location was great. Would stay again.

Summer games stay

This house what so clean and comfortable. It definitely was a lot better than staying in a hotel! The neighborhood is so quiet. I definitely would stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Cedar Weekend

We had a nice weekend in Cedar. The home was very clean and the neighborhood quiet. It’s close to the Historic Main Street and restaurants. The house was great!

We stayed in this home when we moved our daughter to Utah (SUU) from Indiana a year ago. We came back to visit and stayed in the house again. We plan to return. Great house!

Very nice and quite

We were there for a softball tournament so when we were at the house. It is located in very quite neighborhood so we were able rest and relax with no disturbances. Very nice

Great family home!

We were so grateful they let us stay on a short notice for my baby sister’s wedding. We enjoyed the home comfortably as we were able to enjoy time full of laughter with all of our siblings and dad for dinner. The kids enjoyed all the puzzles and toys that were provided. Beautiful clean home. Plan to book more often for our family visits!

Spicy!

Great stay in a clean house. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes/appliances for anything we wanted to make for ourselves. Bonus was the unexpected spice cabinet! We used the space to entertain friends that were locals while we were staying. Trip was great

Very Pleased!

This property was exactly as advertised and made for a perfect landing place for a long weekend. Beds and furniture were comfortable, place was clean and well stocked. It is small but quiet and we didn't need big. Perfect for an inexpensive weekend get away!

Strict Rules

The stay at the location was great. The house is in a nice neighborhood, centrally located to a lot of the offerings in Cedar City, and newly built. The location also was easy to get into for my handicap mother. My only complaint about this rental was the check out to do list. Check out is 10am. The list includes washing AND drying towels that are used, stripping the beds, taking out the trash, doing the dishes or running the dishwasher. In addition to these, there are squeegees hanging in the showers for you to use after showering. I’ve stayed in many privately owned rentals and this was by far the most stringent with their “prison rules”. I also understand respecting others property, however, If you don’t want people to stay in your house, don’t own a rental. With a 10am check out, it basically forces the renter to either skip a morning shower or be awake very early to be able to get all of the chores done. Overall, I would still recommend this rental, just know, the cleaning fee doesn’t cover much.
