Property Fee: A mandatory property fee is applied to all reservations and included in the booking process.

Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in, we offer a starter pack of essentials, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bar soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Guests replenish these items and any personal supplies beyond the starter pack.

Rental Agreement & Guest Registration: The primary guest must review and electronically sign a short‑form rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. State and county rules also require an accurate list of all occupants (names and ages) for the stay.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit‑card hold will be placed two days before check‑in and released within ten days after check‑out if no damages or missing items are reported. After booking, you’ll receive an information request; before arrival, we’ll send a secure link for the card swipe.

Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances.

Allergy‑Friendly Environment: To protect guests with severe allergies, pets and other animals are not permitted anywhere on the property.
