Everything was great, short stay but the hot water kept running out with one person showering, not even enough to fill up the bathtub for the kids to play in for a bit. That would be our only complaint.

Cabin stay
Not enough toilet paper. One roll of paper towels. We had 7 guests there. There were no hot tub towels. You have to use shower towels. The hot tub was very dirty.needs a good cleaning. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Be bear aware. They come up on the porch at night
Nice cabin. Comfortable beds. Modern kitchen. Clean. Host/Manager helpful & responsive. Very private. Road to get there from main road a bit scary, especially after so much rain, but we did fine with all-wheel drive. Saw mama bear & 3 cubs nearby, and a young bear on our porch smelling breakfast cooking. Be careful!
Very nice cabin close to everything. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of space for everyone. I do wish the master had its own bathroom but it was still nice. Huge jacuzzi bathtub! Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive
We had an amazing time during our stay at the cabin. The cabin was just as it was listed and included many great amenities that weren’t listed. The host was great with communication and we would definitely love to stay here again.
If you are looking for a place convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this home is the place. It’s quiet, clean, and plenty of entertainment if you decide to just stay there for the day. The views are spectacular. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend staying there.
This cabin is located at the end of a road on the mountain, and while you pass multiple cabins to get to it, it's in a spot where there's plenty of quiet. The cabin was perfect for a family getaway and close to all the activities in town. The description is accurate and the house was clean with plenty of room to spread out. Tam is wonderful and very attentive/responsive! We'd definiltey book this cabin again.
My family, consisting of 2 adults and 4 children all under 10, stayed here for spring break. We absolutely loved this cabin. There were games and activities that kept the kids entertained and the location of the cabin was awesome. The only negative thing I will say is that the drive from the cabin to the main road takes a little while, but it's not too bad. Plus, we wanted to stay up in the mountains so it wasn't that bad. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge again.
Great stay. Property as described. Only concern is the directions to get there. It was a little difficult to find the first time. That would be my only negative. Let kids liked the projector and screen in the lower level. Nice space with room for the whole family
Other than getting all the way up to the location, which was a fun drive LOL, everything was great. We are from Tennessee originally and it was great to have a place for our friends and family to visit/stay with us. Property was clean except we were timid about using the jacuzzi as it would randomly run brown water, but we still gathered in the hot tub which was clean. Thanks again for the stay!
This was a great cabin up in the mountains. There were neighbors but it felt secluded. The cabin was clean and well stocked with plenty of things to do. The pool table had some tight spots as it was close to the wall but not a big deal. The hot tub was a hit after walking and exploring all day. The porch was wonderful to sit on and drink coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. It was relaxing to just sit and listen to the breeze, birds, and the rain (it rained our last day).
This cabin is at the top of the mountain so the roads can be a little hairy and tight in spots but it is worth it!
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to take advantage of the spacious kitchen. TV in every room was great. The big bath tub in the upstairs bathroom could have been better if not for the odd color well water makes. Not as inviting of a bath. But hot tub made up for that. Foosball and air hockey either need to be fixed or removed. We really couldn't get use of those. The pool table was great except in some spots it was hard to find room to shoot and we were afraid to try and move it. Parking was great. We took advantage of the gas grill and it worked perfectly. Location was quiet. Directions provided were on point. Pretty steep and curvy getting in. Very close to everything we wanted to do while there.
I really wish I could post pictures here of this cabin. I absolutely agree with the other 2 star reviewer on this cabin. How this cabin has such a wonderful overall rating makes me very suspicious. If they were staying in the same cabin that I just stayed in, there is no way it could have such an excellent overall rating. I was afraid to sit on the furniture as it was filthy, and made sure I had slippers on when walking on the floor, and the same for my 4 grandchildren and my husband.
If you happen to choose this cabin, take a look at the walls on either side of the headboard. The dust is so thick on the wall, I can’t imagine how someone doesn’t see this and clean the walls and the floors. Blankets from the cupboards smelled like they’ve not been washed in quite some time. Tam told me that it possibly had been used and put away without the cleaner knowing. Trust me, it had been a while since these things had been washed. They have probably just been stuffed back into cupboard once we left.
I reached out to “Tam”, thinking maybe she doesn’t know the condition of her own cabin, and she accused me of being afraid of “some dust”.
She promised to reimburse money paid for my daughter, her husband, and 2 dogs (all of which had been paid for) who decided not to make the trip due to my description of what they would be walking into.
The minute I checked out of the cabin, I have heard nothing from her, and no reimbursement for anything. Cabin is very small. A wide angle lens is being used (I don’t like this tactic), pictures make it seem so brite and clean, it’s not.
Now, I expect Tam to reply with reasons why I’m lying . Im not. I have pics! I was very disappointed in this stay.
The only thing I gave a decent rating for is the easy check in. That was very good. Communication was pretty good too, until she had my money and I had checked out.
Your turn Tam….

NO Water, NO Power - Not our problem
Our Christmas Family/Friend Vacation this year went from devastatingly bad to worse with each passing day. This cabin is NOT properly maintained for any winter months and should NOT be allowed to be rented. For example, the winter months like December gets cold and will get below freezing in the mountains, but this cabin isn't built to sustain freezing temps. The Pipes froze on day 2 of 4 for our trip, causing us to not have access to water. For those of us who don't know this means you can't flush toilets', take a shower, brush your teeth, cook, clean the dishes etc. However the owner of this cabin feels that emptying the hottub *A source of relaxing* should be sufficient enough to empty with buckets to flush the toilets'. Didn't offer to provide us with a full refund to leave, cause this is "Nature Related". So we stuck it out and purchased disposable items that we were informed would be refunded to us, and that we will receive a 50% off nightly rates ONLY for the remainder 2 days of our stay, not off the total and not for all days stayed!! But this is Christmas and this trip had been planned. Took presents and everything for the kids. Then there is the fact that the place wasn't cleaned very well. Such as EVERY dish and utensil in the cabinets and drawers was slimy and dirty. The floors were never swept or mopped. There was dried up food under the couch, which we discovered from moving the couch about 6 inches to allow for more room for presents. SO GROSS. Only 1 vent is upstairs, in the main bathroom upstairs. The upstairs Struggled to maintain 60 degrees when we first arrived and through the second day. With the help of a Propane Heater, which is a heater attached to a propane tank, is when we were able to get the cabin up to 70 degrees mid day on the second day. This cabin, needs all new updated pipes to ensure freezing pipes doesn't happen during the winter months. New windows are highly encouraged, because feeling like you are sitting under a air conditioner in front of the windows is NOT OKAY. You can see light all around the doors, which means AIR is leaking inside like crazy. Then there is the fact that all access to this section of all cabins MUST HAVE 4 wheel drive and/or snow chains for vehicles. This is NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE when renting this cabin. This is MANDATORY. Half Inch of snow caused massive pile-ups and everyone stranded in ravines until help arrived cause these roads dont' get plowed or salted. -Merry Christmas 2022
We really enjoyed our trip to pigeon forge. This cabin was very clean and comfortable. TV was interesting, it’s all online and the bandwidth of the internet is not enough at times. I added an app to catch some baseball and could never get it to work. It would just spin. We got Hulu pretty well most times. That said TV was not the most important for us, we were out and about most of the time.
Once again, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Thanks
This was one of the best vacations we have had 5 people 2 dogs tam was on point very available through all processes cabin was clean and very nice very accommodating all and all I would definitely go back all the family is in agreement thanks tam and we look forward to see the cabin again next year
Beautiful cabin on a lane at the top of the mountain by itself. Pet friendly. Beautiful scenery. It snowed while we were there and the views were amazingly beautiful. The cabin was nice. Beds were nice. Hot tub was the teenagers spot. Bathtub upstairs was a garden tub. Fully furnished. Andy was great arrived later then expected and got immediate response. Thank you for your hospitality. I will be back.
