We rent 5min walk from the beach in the popular district of Saint Charles a family house of 350m2.
The house is at the end of a dead end (guaranteed calm), surrounded by a large landscaped garden of 2000m2 with heated swimming pool, pool house with barbecue, swings and games for children.
It consists of 3 levels.
On the ground floor: a dining room and a living room open onto a large south-facing terrace, a kitchen redone this year giving, through a bay window, onto the swimming pool with a dining area, a bedroom with a bathroom.
On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 3 of which overlook the swimming pool, 1 bathroom and a shower room.
On the garden level: 2 large bedrooms overlooking the garden, one with an alcove fitted with a cot and changing table, 2 bathrooms, 1 games room, 1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
Close to shops in the Saint Charles district and the lighthouse golf course.

Great house, wonderful location
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious house. Pros: Great neighborhood - very quiet and central. Wonderful location. Short walk to the beach, the lighthouse, boulangeries, coffee shops, stores and restaurants. Nice pool and beautiful garden. The rooms are big and cozy. The kitchen is new and stuffed with all necessary items. There is space for three cars by the house. There is functioning grill. So many seating areas outside. The playground for kids. Cons: there are not enough toilets for 8 bedrooms (only 4), and the internet seems to work only in and near the living room. The manager of the property is wonderful - very friendly and professional. Her cleaning crew cleans very well. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Biarritz.

Great vacation!
The house is very spacious with a large garden. Easy to check in and easy to live in. The cleaning and welcoming set up is very much appreciated. Slightly off pitch but 5’ from a small retail street. Common areas are not equipped for 14 people (not enough chairs...) Overall great experience and rental service definitely above average

Excellent séjour
Grande maison très bien située, proche de la plage du Miramar et des commerces du quartier Saint Charles. Bon équipement en particulier cuisine neuve. Par temps pluvieux et frais, manque 1 canapé ou fauteuils au séjour (seulement 5 places assises).

Localisation extra,maison top au calme,propriétaire super gentil.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison parfaite avec équipement très complet. Evtra pour des golfeurs d etre si près du Golf du Phare. Loterie super ce qui est important. La gentillesse du propriétaire est àà souligner.

superbe séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, la maison et l'accueil de la gérante qui est adorable Dommage qu'il ait plus vers la fin de notre séjour (avec une petite tempête de vent) car nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner à la fin. Il y avait trop de vent et feuille dans la piscine mais nous en avons pleinement profité juste avant un grand merci
