Close to the city center and the Le Mans 24 hour circuit, shops and public transport, come and have a good time.
We rent in a residential area on the outskirts of the center of Le Mans, either the full floor or the 3 bedrooms individually.
The accommodation includes:
- 3 spacious bedrooms (20 M² with 140 bed and a BZ, 17 M² with 160 bed, 10 M² with 140 bed). All rooms are equipped with a seating area.
- A lounge / library area
- An office area
- 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs.
You have free access to the terrace, the garden and the barbecue.
Possibility to store in the garage.
Easy parking

Various: internet / Wifi / TV with Canal and Bein sport. All public transport (tram for access to the circuit, bus to the city center), bus station and sncf a few kilometers away. No smoking

Wonderful stay at the humble home The house is super clean and comfortable Quiet area and neighborhood The whole floor of the house was ours ✨✨✨ Very close to Le Mans raceway Sweet treats waiting for us when we returned from The track We will return again in hopes to stay here again

Logement très agréable et bien localisé avec un 1er étage totalement dépendant du reste de la maison. Note 10 pour l'accueil des propriétaires d'une sympathie exemplaire et un préoccupation constante pour que tout se déroule pour le mieux. Petit-déjeuner délicieux servi dans le jardim et très complet. Merci encore pour votre accueil très chaleureux. Recommande fortement.

Ruhige Schlafmöglichkeit etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzetrum.

Ruhige Schlafmöglichkeit für 7 Personen im oberen Stock des Einfamilienhauses. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus und stellen einen Teilbereich des Gartens zur Verfügung, welcher durch die private Küche des Besitzers erreichbar ist. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns fehlte jedoch die eigene Küche und klare Abgrenzung zwischen Mieter und Vermieter.
