Recent construction, Creole architecture wooden building on 2 levels in the middle of a tropical garden, consisting of 4 T2 apartments of about 50m2 each. Each apartment has an air-conditioned bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Close to the Caravelle beach (5mn by foot), 100m from Club Med, 5mn by car from the city center, the craft village, the market, the municipal beach and all types of shops.
Residence equipped with renewable energies, solar lighting and water heaters, rainwater recovery which allows autonomy in water and electricity in case the supply of one or the other is interrupted.
At disposal small appliances (mixer, kettle, coffee maker ...), washing machine. Outdoor barbecues
