Superb apartment with probably one of the most beautiful sea views in Lamai. The large terrace offers you a very pleasant private swimming pool to relax, swim or have a drink with family or friends. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You also benefit from a large living room with T. V large flat screen.

The main road is barely 300m away with all the shops nearby and the beach only 500m away.

Vacation in Paradise

The condo was perfect for our needs. The staff were attentive to all our concerns - WiFi was an issue at times. The location is away from the busyness of the Lamai beach, making the stay feel quiet and very private. Everything that we needed was in walking distance and we even discovered some hidden gems that were close (Balancing Stone is a must see). This property is not for someone that is out of shape or has health issues unless you plan to rent a scooter. There is a steep climb from the street up to the property. We used the pool on our balcony daily for a mid-day cooling. The pool is cleaned every few days and the condo is cleaned every 4 days. The mattresses are very firm, but some people like that. The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum so if you plan to do your own cooking, you need to be creative. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend this property!!

Schlechter Zustand der Appartements, Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig, tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten uns für das Appartement aufgrund der Aussicht und des guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses entschieden. Leider mussten wir bei der Ankunft feststellen, dass die Sauberkeit nicht ausreichend war. Wir haben zunächst den Inhalt der Schränke selber nochmal gespült und die Küche komplett abgewaschen. Weiterhin gab es Probleme mit dem Pool auf unserer Terrasse. Am zweiten Tag war plötzlich kein Wasser mehr im Pool und es dauerte weitere zwei Tage bis der Pool wieder aufgefüllt und nutzbar war. Das zweite Badezimmer konnten wir leider während unseres 10 tägigen Aufenthalts aufgrund von Ameisenbefall gar nicht nutzen. Das Management hat sich nicht wirklich um das Problem bemüht und eine versprochene Rückerstattung als Ausgleich haben wir auch nie bekommen. Die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer war defekt und haben wir austauschen lassen und das Klimagerät im Wohnzimmer hatte kaum noch Kühlfunktion. Da die Appartements sehr hoch im Hang liegen, ist dringend ein Roller oder ein Auto während des gesamten Aufenthalts erforderlich. Zu Fuß kann man die Appartements unmöglich erreichen. Bis zur Prominade bzw. Ortskern sind es ein paar Kilometer weg. Fazit: Tolle Aussicht und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wenn denn alles funktioniert hätte und es sauber gewesen wäre. Das Management kümmert sich meiner Meinung nach viel zu wenig um die Sauberkeit und die Instandhaltung der Appartements.
