Cottage 'Along the water'

It is on the banks of the RIA of ETEL, at the gates of Carnac, Quiberon, Lorient and Vannes in southern Brittany, that nestles the Au fil de l'eau, family house, surrounded by a large garden with multiple scents of roses.

In the heart of a friendly, authentic place, by the sea, bathed in calm and simplicity, 8 charming rooms welcome you all year round.

Every day, from the garden, you discover a different face of the Ria with its small beach to the rhythm of the tides.
At the end of the garden, the customs path (GR34) invites you to take a walk by the sea.
ground floor :
 Fitted kitchen, hall, lounge, WC, 3 bedrooms (6 people), 2 shower rooms, 15m² veranda.
The floor:
 3 bedrooms (6pers) + shower room + WC,
 1 bedroom (3 single beds) + bathroom + WC.
Outside:
1 independent bedroom (2 pers) with terrace + shower room + WC overlooking the RIA of ETEL,

Large wooded garden of 3000m2, direct view of the RIA d'ETEL with:

Rental is by the week from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays (Summer, All Saints, Christmas, Easter)

Outside school holidays, rental can be done on demand

Super séjour

Tout était tres bien, super maison tres agréable. La cuisine parfaitement équipée. Les chambres spacieuses avec chacune une salle de bain. Seul petit bemol, il n'y avait pas le bain a remous mentionné dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Belle maison de famille

Excellent séjour dans un bel environnement au bord de l’eau. Maison idéale pour une grande famille. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle d’eau et wc, ce qui est très appréciable. Literie confortable et tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine. Bon accueil d.Anne avec un excellent far breton Petite déception, pas de bain bouillonnant malgré ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif

Perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung

Das Haus ist geräumig und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Betten sind bequem und Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktioniert ebenfalls einwandfrei, außerdem kann man Feuer im Kamin machen. Sehr großer Garten mit tollem Blick auf den Ria und direkter Zugang zum Wasser. 2 der Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer. Anne, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Super rapport qualité prix

Nous avons payé 2200€ pour une semaine, ce qui est vraiment un bon prix pour 8 chambres (le bateau n'est plus disponible). L'intérieur a connu de meilleurs jours mais c'est fonctionnel. Les matelas sont un peu mous et la maison est humide (laisser toujours une fenêtre ouverte pour aérer). Par contre elle est super fraîche et il y a vraiment beaucoup de place. Un plan du gîte serait utile dans l'annonce je pense. Le jardin est parfait pour les enfants et la petite plage à 30m du jardin est aussi très pratique. On ne peut se baigner qu'à marée haute par contre, comme sur beaucoup de plages en Bretagne. Dans l'ensemble, un gîte à recommander !

Maison familiale au bord de la Ria d'Etel

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille avec enfants et petits enfants malgré le temps maussade. La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour que chacun puisse avoir son espace propre. Des sanitaires: salles d'eau et wc sont adjoints à presque chaque chambre . La cuisine est bien équipée . Trois grandes tables: dehors, dans la salle à manger et dans la véranda permettent de partager des repas ensembles. Le jardin est vaste, la vue magnifique . La propriétaire est accueillante . Un délicieux far breton nous attendait à l'arrivée . Des vacances à coup sûr réussies dans cette belle partie de la Bretagne en tribu familale ou entre amis dans cette maison de Plouhinec.

Superbe maison

Nous avons séjourné à 16 persones dans cette maison où chacun a pu trouver sa place dans les chambres décorées avec goût. Un tres beau jardin au calme avec la rivière en point de vue. Tres bon accueil de la propriétaire. On est ravi de notre séjour.

Hôtesse est très sympathique .L'endroit très calme , fleuri , de l' espace, une vue sublime , nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécier qu'il y ai 6 salles de bains. Petit bémol puisque le bateau est hors service il serait bien d'enlever la photo et de ne pas en parler dans annonce et de faire une description précise de la composition de chaque chambre et de préciser que certaines chambres sont communicantes

Agréable séjour

Séjour très agréable avec une très belle vue sur la rivière dans une belle propriété dans un lieu calme et reposant où l’on peut manger à 16 soit en extérieur, soit dans la véranda, soit dans le salon en fonction du temps. Nombreux accessoires tels que double réfrigérateur, plusieurs sèche cheveux, double cafetière, places de parking…6 salles de bain pour 8 chambres sont aussi un plus. Seul un rafraîchissement ou quelques finitions de celles-ci serait souhaitables dans le temps. La propriétaire Anne est très accueillante et arrangeante

Une belle semaine sur la Ria d'Etel.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part d' Anne. La location est très bien située avec une superbe vue sur l'Etel. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Les chambres comfortables et le jardin est très grand. je recommande sans réserve cette location.
