In the heart of the Alpes de Haute Provence, this pretty house for four people, outside the village, in a peaceful setting, within a 2 hectare property of oaks and lavenders, offers a clear view of the Luberon. Its private and secure swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-October. Its living room-kitchen with fireplace opens onto a shaded terrace in summer, the two bedrooms have their own bathroom / shower, two toilets.

Super base for Luberon/Vaucluse

From booking, through arrival and departure Didier was super helpful, responded quickly to messages and welcomed us to his idyllic gite. The gite is on the same property as Didier's house but completely secluded and in it's own space with huge grounds. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen; everything you could need was there. The spacious bedrooms, simply and tastefully furnished with a calming effect after a days' exploring nearby villages and markets. A log burner for cosy evenings if it's cool and patio with uninterrupted views across the stunning Luberon valley to distract from your alfresco dining. Sainte Croix à Lauze itself is a tiny hamlet with no facilities (well, a toilet and telephone, apparently) but there are fantastic markets every day of the week in villages within 20-30km. If you need complete relaxation, closeness to nature (and lavender, local produce and wine) This Is The Place.

Traumhäuschen

Wer Einsamkeit und Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig.Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden hier und waren sehr froh dass über den Jahreswechsel kein einziger Knall zu hören war. Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön und ist gut ausgestattet. Ditier ist ein sehr liebenswerter Mensch und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne noch mal wieder, vielleicht zur Lavendelblüte

Lavendelblüte erleben

Dank prächtigem Sommerwetter konnten wir die Pracht der Lavendel-Ginster-Salbei und Fenchelblüte in der Abgeschiedenheit von Sainte-Croix vollumfänglich geniessen. Die Ruhe, das Vogelgezwitscher und das Zikadenkonzert hat uns gut getan. Die Kontakte in Vacheres waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter wurde fast ausschliesslich über Whatsapp sichergestellt was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Wir haben Didier dennoch kurz persönlich kennenlernen dürfen. Sympathique!

Ein Hoch auf dieses schöne Haus und einen besonderen Gastgeber

Wir bedanken uns sehr bei Didier für eine wunderschöne Woche in seinem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Alles war perfekt. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, als würde er selbst das Haus bewohnen! Didier ist sehr gastfreundlich und entspannt. Die Lage mitten in schöner Natur ist perfekt, um sich bestens zu erholen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung bietet so viel. Den Pool haben wir ebenfalls nach unseren täglichen Radtouren sehr genossen! Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Didier für alles! Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Ruhig, gemütlich, entspannt

Wir waren sehr gern bei Didier! Gemütliche und dabei praktische Raumaufteilung. Beide Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenen Bädern. Viele Fenster bringen auch im Herbst noch Licht ins Haus. Man ist also auch gern drinnen. Und wenn wir mal den Kamin anmachen wollten: Holz für 10 Winter unterm Vordach! Großes blickgeschütztes Grundstück, wer zum Pool, der bei Didiers Haus liegt, will, hat trotzdem nur eine Minute Weg. Und: Didier ist immer erreichbar, hatten sehr netten Chat, war in unserer Zeit nicht selbst in seinem Haus, aber bei Fragen trotzdem immer um die Ecke. Danke! Wir sind öfters mit den E-Bikes in die umliegenden Dörfer auf die Märkte oder zum Essen. (Unser Favorit in der Nähe: "Le Petit Gardin" in Viens) Die Distanz passt, man muss nicht ins Auto und bleibt am Berg entspannt. Denn es geht natürlich immer gut rauf und runter. Das muss man einplanen. Gut auch die Lage, wenn man für etwas größere Touren entweder in die schicken Luberon-Dörfer will oder in die Haute Provence. Beides ist gut erreichbar. Also, wer es gern ein bisschen ruhiger und etwas bergig mag: Empfehlung!

Charmantes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub, so wie wir es uns wünschten. Das Haus ist inmitten der Natur gelegen. Wir konnten schön entspannen und auch die Hunde hatten ihre Freude. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und an den kühleren Abenden konnten wir uns an den Kamin erwärmen. Auch den Pool fanden wir super! Wir können das Haus von Didier bestens weiterempfehlen.

calme et nature

Si vous recherchez des vacances calmes et reposantes, allez y sans hésiter ! Très agréable domaine (doit on ne voit même pas les limites) avec vue sur les montagnes et entouré de chênes et de lavande. Il se situe à la sortie d'un tout petit village en hauteur. Prévoir environ 15 mn en voiture pour accéder aux commerces de proximité et au sympathique marché de Reillanne le dimanche matin. Le gîte est agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La literie est bonne. La terrasse est bien ombragée. Le soir une biche passait nous faire son spectacle ! Notre chat était très impressionné ! Sur le domaine il y a 2 habitations mais il n'y a pas de vis à vis et sont très éloignées l'une de l'autre. La piscine est spacieuse et à partager avec l'autre gîte. Pour notre part nous avons passé 2 semaines entièrement seuls puisqu'il n'y avait pas d'autres vacanciers et Didier était absent. Cependant, malgré son absence, Didier était très soucieux de notre bien-être en nous adressant des messages réguliers afin de savoir si tout allait bien. Il y a également de nombreuses brochures au gîte afin de pouvoir organiser la découverte des alentours (ne pas rater Reillanne, Simiane, Banon, Opedette, la montagne de Lure). De nombreux sentiers pédestres permettent de découvrir les environs. En conclusion : un gîte et son propriétaire à conserver dans notre répertoire. Merci Didier pour votre accueil aux "chênes blancs".

Un coin de Provence à la Giono rien que pour soi

Une quiétude qui nous enveloppe immédiatement dans un environnement très préservé et beau. Du silence, la beauté de la faune et de la flore, un vrai écrin pour explorer les très beaux villages alentours ou savourer le goût des vacances autour de la piscine. Merci Didier!

Séjour au calme en famille

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Lage in der herrlichen Landschaft genial. In einer Stunde Autofahrt sind alle Highlights der Region gut erreichbar. Abends genossen wir die herrliche Umgebung des Hauses oder erholten uns im Pool. Diddier ein sehr sympathischer hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gerne jederzeit wieder es war unvergesslich.

Eine kurze Auszeit an einem wundervollen Ort

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel in dem authentisch und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr gemütlich verbracht. Wir hatten alles was man braucht ( hervorragende Betten) und jeden Abend wärmte das Holz im Ofen das ganze Haus. Im Winter hat die Landschaft mit all ihren intensiven Farben, all den schönen Orten und Sehenswürdigkeiten einen ganz besonderen Reiz. Einmalig die Ruhe! Un séjour dans un petit coin de paradis rien que pour nous!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjourné 10j à 2 au mois de novembre dans cette maison authentique avec tout le confort et bien équipée! Nous avons été ravis de passer des soirées au coin du feu et donc de chauffer au feu de bois dans une cheminée fermée! Nous avons adoré le cadre entre forêts et landes avec vue sur le grand Luberon! Calme garantis exactement ce que nous cherchions nous qui sommes amoureux de la nature! Nombreuses rando possibles, à 1/2 h de Apt pour les courses et nombreux marchés casiment tous les jours à quelque part. Nous adorons chaque fois un peu plus le Luberon à toutes les saisons mais pouvons que recommander cette maison où il est possible d’être 4. De plus le propriétaire est sérieux et nous a accueilli avec déjà un joli feu de cheminée à notre arrivée! Il habite à côté en cas de besoin et si il n’est pas là, il gardera un contact avec vous par téléphone ou sms en cas de besoin. Merci Didier pour tout et nous reviendrons! Céline et Marc de Suisse

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in der Natur

Wir haben über Ostern eine Woche im Gästehaus von Didier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist urig und typisch für die Gegend und gleichzeitig sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Didier war super sympathisch und hat sehr flexibel auf unseren Terminwunsch reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke!
