Beautiful apartment of 64 m2, independent, on the ground floor of a villa in a quiet residential area.
Large living room with American kitchen, a small bedroom adjoining the air-conditioned master bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a covered terrace of 14 m2 and parking space.
