Quiet, peaceful lake condo
This twonbedroom, two bath condo was tastefully decorsted, well equipped, and lovated in a beautiful lakefront area. There was one king and one queen bed. A sectional couch and an air mattress. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and located near many places. We reallu enjoyed the visit!

First timer!
This property was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The location was great, easy to turn either way onto the main road in Hot Springs. Peaceful outdoors, relaxing inside. The host had a nice welcome basket with treats. They communicated details upon checking in the day before our arrival. All the information was provided the day before our check in, making it easy to just show up and enter. Hoping to book this location again in the future!

The property was off Central Ave, making it easy for us to get around town. In the morning we sat back on the deck and enjoyed coffee while planning our day. The condo was clean and quiet and the host was excellent. I highly recommend this place. You park right at the front door with no step which is helpful for my wife. We had a great time.

Condo was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed and more. All soap/shampoo etc provided. Very convenient. Great location to everywhere we needed in hot springs. Pool was not clean at the time we were there. Lake is not accessible unless you have someone coming to pick you up in a boat. View from deck is nice (is as pictured in description photos). Would definitely stay here again. Good price for what you’re getting. My only complaint would be that I contacted host 9 days prior to arrival wanting to modify my dates, but by the time they got back to me , redirected me to VRBO, where i was then redirected back to host, it was 7 days prior to arrival so they would not let me modify without penalty. Otherwise great experience.

The unit was clean and well-decorated. The setting was perfect for three adults. King bed was super comfy. The only thing missing from the kitchen was salt and pepper, and I'm sure the host would have brought us that had we needed it (no complaints). The location was very quiet and easy to get to. Traffic getting onto Central Ave. was challenging at times, but everything was convenient.
