I am a California native and have an affinity for Atlanta since the 80's. I love the history, the southern charm mixed with urban city energy. I've traveled the world for both work and pleasure. I enjoy living a healthy eating, exercise, contemplative practices such as yoga and meditation.
Why they chose this property
I bought this property because I wanted to be in the city but with a large lot. I got the best of both worlds with this house. In the morning, I love to sit outside on one of the many benches and listen to all the birds. In the evening, If I want to head to downtown, it only takes me 15 minutes. I love this home.
What makes this property unique
One of the best parts about this house is the walking trail directly across the street. Take a walk along the trail and you will enjoy the serenity that makes this area so right in Atlanta.
