Superb contemporary colonial-style villa with private pool.
Ideal for 6 people: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Villa not overlooked. It benefits from the calm of this residential area and includes all the comfort amenities.
Perfectly located between golf, ocean and lake, it will allow you to spend lazy holidays as well as sports.
The center of Lacanau and the beaches are 3 kms away (all amenities) .The lake is at the same distance, the sailing club is at La Grande Escoure at 5 kms.
The estate is surrounded by three golf courses; indoor and uncovered tennis courts are 800m away as well as a squash court. The horse club is 300m away; the casino 1.5 km.
Bike paths start right out of the domain.
The villa with its 110m2 comprises a ground floor with 2 bedrooms, living room, living room and fully equipped American kitchen. The living room has large bay windows overlooking the pool, the pine forest and the golf course. The 2 bedrooms (one with 140 bedding and the other with two 90 cm beds) each have a storage space with shelves and wardrobe. These 2 bedrooms adjoin a walk-in shower room and an independent WC.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a garage completes the ground floor. 2 parking spaces are also available on the site near the entrance gate.
Upstairs, a master bedroom with west-facing balcony and view of the swimming pool and the golf course, has a 160 bed, storage space and an adjoining bathroom (bath) as well as a separate toilet.
