This house of 150 sqm living space is located in a residential area of the cornice on a prime location, with beautiful and panoramic view of the bay and the edge (Promenade des Anglais). Large living room with kitchen opening onto a large terrace and sea. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Very quiet, in a small dead-end street ,.
