Upkeep and cleaning needed

House needed deep cleaning: getting rid of smoke smell in one bedroom, getting rid of expired take out food in refrigerator, cleaning filthy back stairs and patio, and cleaning cabinets in kitchen. Services not as advertised- no tv service, no cable, fire alarms not working or hanging from ceiling. Location good for restaurants and buses.

Big house accommodated big family reunion Location was convenient to all that Vancouver offers Only downside to a great time was the cleanliness of the house. This property has great potential

A nice and large house

Colleagues and I stayed at this house during a conference visit to Vancouver. The house is nice and large, and easily accommodated all 9 of us. The first floor is all bedrooms and baths and there is a living/dining room and a kitchen on the second floor, together with 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a nice patio on the back and street parking was easy and free. The house is about 3 miles (5 km) from the Convention center where we had our meeting - easy drive or cab ride, or a pleasant ~50 min walk. We had no issues while staying there and perhaps the only shortcoming was that there were very few glasses (5 water cups and 6 wine glasses) in the house. I would recomment to the owners to stock up on kitchenware for future guests. If you are staying there, the Pie Hole bakery down the street is a must!
