Beautiful Slope Side Mountain Cabin! 4BR, 3 Baths - Sleeps 12

Situated in a beautiful wooded setting with views of Alpine Chairlift! The cabin is slope side and you can ski out the back door! The cabin is professionally decorated and offers the perfect cozy feel of northern Michigan.

The master bedroom is located in the closed off loft upstairs with a beautiful king bed and private full bathroom.

There is a guest room located on the main level with a queen bed and access to full guest bathroom. There is a pull out couch in living area that offers another queen bed.

There are two guest bedrooms in the lower level-- one with a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with twin on top and queen below. There is another pull out couch with a queen bed located in the living room on the lower level. There is a full bath in the lower level.

We also offer a fully stocked kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, refrigerator/freezer, and outdoor grill. There is an additional mini fridge and microwave in the lower level.

Enjoy all of Michigan's seasons from our beautiful deck and hot tub with views of the mountain!

The Mountain Cabins have a great location to the main lodge-- about 5 min drive or free shuttle and less than 5 mins to the beautiful Deer Lake!

Beautiful Mountain Stay

Had a beautiful and relaxing stay here, we enjoyed the comfortable and cozy rooms, along with the relaxing hot tub and beautiful scenery around us! You won’t be disappointed when you book this!!

Cute & Cozy with a few suggestions

The cabin was cozy and worked out well for our group. We loved all of the hooks for our coats and hats. I recommend bringing extra towels as you are allotted 1 per person. Althoug we did request additional towels and some were dropped off. If you plan on washing clothes, bring detergent. For the kitchen bring napkins, paper towels, foil and cling wrap. There were a couple of Tupperware containers but no lids. We ran a bit short on silverware. The grill was pretty dirty and we opted to not use it. We were disappointed the fireplace was out of order but the cabin was warm. There were a lot of mice dropping under the sink, pretty gross. When we arrive there were no trash bags but some were dropped off the next morning. As far as ski in/out, it did not work out as we thought it would. We had to hike down/ up two steep hill through trees to get to the cabin. I recommend using the shuttle for skiing. The shuttle was nice and reliable and we appreciated the door to slope service. Overall, we love skiing at Boyne and the cabin provided a nice place to hang out and we had a great time. Kelly was responsive and took care of immediate needs.

Perfect place for what we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was great. The layout was really nice for what we needed, and everything worked as described. Overall a very lovely stay!

Great stay, even great host!

The cabin is great! Awesome place to stay while golfing in the area. Stone throw away from great food options, shopping and things to do. The cabin was clean and very roomy for our group of 8. The host, Kelli, is so very helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. HIGHLY recommend staying here for all your up north getaways. Whether it’s golfing, skiing, hiking, family vacations or a surprise trip for your spouse this place is perfect! Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Mountain Cabin Snowboard/Ski Trip

The host always quickly responded if I had any questions leading up to the trip and throughout. Cabin was clean, plenty spacious and easily accommodated 9 guests. The ski in/out was my favorite part. The past 4 years in a row I’ve booked the same mountain cabins directly through Boyne but this time I decided to go through VRBO since boyne increased their prices significantly and got the same exact great experience. Will always book through VRBO in future instead of Boyne

Perfect Place for a Ski Weekend with Multiple Families

This is our 4th time skiing at Boyne Mountain and our first time at this house. We enjoyed our stay at this house with 2 other families. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kelli was super fast in responding to our questions. The ski in/ski out off the Alpine chair lift was easy to navigate. The hot tub was also clean and at a great temperature. If you stay, a few things that might be helpful to know. If cooking for a crowd, considering bringing extra cookware/bakeware. The kitchen has all the basics, but for a big group having a few extra pieces came in handy. If you plan to take advantage of the hot tub, consider bringing a few extra towels so no one needs to double-up and use the same ones for showers and hot tub. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Easy Ski in Ski out

Property was perfect, easy to ski in and out. Property was a little secluded which was also nice giving some privacy when using the hot tub, but still could see some of the skiers while enjoying the tub. The four bedrooms made it very convenient as I have three children all with spouses everyone was comfortable, I will try to rent this unit again next year

A Great Choice

We loved our stay here and would like to return. The Alpine lift is right out the lower level doorway. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub are a bonus!

Dirty and dusty

Must have forgotten to clean condo. Dusty and dirty. Bathroom had paper on floor. Dishes were still in dishwasher from previous people..4 towels for 4 people for the weekend. Towels looked more like rags. No extra bed linens. Not even a pillowcase.Cleaning during COVID is essential..Makes me wonder if I’ll trust Vrbo again

Great location for ski in ski out

Was what we anticipated and experienced from prior times at the Mt. Cabins. Good location for ski in and ski out. Hot tub was warm at 100. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows in closet if needed. My only comment is that to keep the lowest level warm, meant the main floor bedroom and master were SO hot. Had to sleep with windows cracked.

Great Ski Weekend

Wonderful 3 night stay for three families over Super Bowl weekend. Loved the ski in, ski out location. Was a wonderful snowy weekend to enjoy the slopes and then relax in the hot tub. Kelli was very easy to work with and was very quick to resolve an issue upon our arrival. Would highly recommend this cabin and will hopefully be booking it again next year!
