In the Alpaga residence in La Salle Les Alpes, we offer a comfortable duplex apartment, located a few steps from the ski lifts and shops.

The apartment is 50 m from the finish of the Tour de France and the balcony overlooks part of the Village du Tour!

Apartment with all the necessary equipment for a wonderful holiday: internet access, 2 large screen TV, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine, bluetooth speaker, ...

Possibility to accommodate up to 7 people: 2 people in the double bedroom with its bathroom, 2 people in the sleeping area with bunk bed, 3 people in the sofa beds in the living room. Shower room and wc on the ground floor of the apartment, bathroom with bath and wc upstairs.

Perfect for holidays with friends or family, it is possible to rent a 2nd or 3rd apartment in the same residence with the same rental company (Abritel reference: 1382242 & 1497555).

Ski Week in Ferbruary

Three of us stayed in this quiet apartment conveniently located a short walk from ski shops, lifts and shopping centre. The apartment is very well equipped with crockery, cutlery, various utensils and a ski locker on the ground floor. We did not need to use the washing machine but it was very handy to have a dishwasher. Communication with Luc was extremely good. He responded very quickly and most helpfully to all our messages. The lounge/dining area is spacious and comfortable. It was particularly convenient to have two self contained bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with two bunk beds, and two bathrooms/toilets even though there were only three of us.

Un séjour très agréable

L'appartement dispose de conforts appréciables : Salle de bains et cabinet de toilette, machine à laver le linge et machine à laver la vaisselle. La vue y est splendide. L'immeuble est doté d'un ascenseur. Le propriétaire toujours à l'écoute et disponible. Je recommande.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce duplex ultra bien équipé et de bon goût. En outre, les rangements sont nombreux. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Ce que nous avons trouvé très pratique c'est l'organisation mise en place par Luc pour l'arrivée qui nous a grandement aidée car nous sommes arrivés assez tard : le boîtier à code pour les clés .... Nous avons loué très facilement les draps et le serviettes de bain auprès du loueur renseigné par Luc. Le linge est de qualité. L'appartement est situé à côté du centre commercial avec supermarché, boutiques, pharmacie, loueurs de skis, cinéma etc. Au pied de l'appartement s'arrête la navette (gratuite) pour nous emmener sur les pistes (mais on peut y aller à pied également; Il faut compter 5 grosses minutes). Le parking couvert est un atout mais nous ne nous sommes jamais servi de la voiture sauf pour aller découvrir Briançon. Tout peut se faire à pied : les chiens de traineaux Jordi (15 minutes à pied), le vieux centre de La Salle Les Alpes avec ses restaus de charme (10-15 minutes à pied), le centre commercial (2 minutes à pied), la piscine (3 minutes à pied) etc. Il est à noter qu' il y a plein d'activités à faire à Serre Che en dehors du ski.

Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants et notre séjour s’est très bien passé . L’espace est optimisé et l’appartement est vraiment fonctionnel .la literie est très bien . L’appartement est placé à 200m des pistes. Il est très facilement possible de se garer à proximité de l’immeuble. Rien à redire sur cette location . Je la recommanderai sans aucun doute

Beautiful, clean, well decorated. Great location.

For a family of four, this was a perfect apartment. Two nice bathrooms, including one with a bath/shower which after a long day on the slopes was very welcome! Spacious and light/airy living area. Kitchen is a little small, but has everything except an oven. Big dishwasher and plenty of utensils/glasses/pans etc. The landlord Luc is extremely helpful and friendly and speaks perfect English. Serre Chevalier is a fantastic resort and the apartment is close to the Frejus and Pontillas lifts, and the village centre of La Salle Les Alpes. We came by car which made things even more convenient as there is a large free car park at Pontillas, but it is well positioned without a car. Went at Half Term. We have skied all over the French Alps at this time of year and never experienced such uncrowded pistes or total absence of lift queues except for the first gondola up in the morning (10-15 mins). We will be going back, and hope to stay in Luc's lovely apartment again!
