This cutely decorated, top floor, bright and spacious four bedroom condominium is located just 1.5 blocks from Wildwood's beaches and boardwalk. All new flooring, bedding, and fresh paint make this a must see! The Wildwood Convention Center is just a short walk away. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long with amusement piers, restaurants, and specialty shops. Enjoy the summer fireworks extravaganza every Friday night at 10 p.m. Hear the fireworks explode to a musical score that is played all along the Boardwalk and is simulcast on 98.7 The Coast.

Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday during the peak months!!! ****We only rent to Families or Mature Adult Groups over 25 years old**** This is a family-oriented condominium complex.

This is a very convenient location for all of your convention center events. WE RENT WEEKENDS YEAR ROUND!! Please inquire with your occupancy information and your dates for a speedy price quote.

Rent this property by the full week, for the more favorable rates and the lowest price per night, but a two or three night 'Short Stay' (checking in any day of the week) is always considered, especially in the FALL/WINTER/SPRING season, from September through June.

For weekly rentals we will gladly divide the cost into 3 payments, if needed

A TV with cable in most rooms so the kids can relax with their favorite movie after a long day at the beach. The adults can relax on the huge party deck, or sit back and relax in the large living/dining/ kitchen area.

Wireless Internet is included at no additional charge.

The Family Room has a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV with a sofa with two overstuffed chairs. In addition, there is a spacious game area for fun and games with the kids

The dining table has 6 chairs, and the kitchen island has 3 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, griddle, and all needed pots, pans, and utensils for cooking.

This smoke-free condominium has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Master Bedroom: The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, long dresser, tall dresser, two closets, a flat screen television, and an en-suite full bathroom. This room includes cable and a WiFi-compatible DVD player.

Queen Bedroom: The Queen Bedroom features a queen size bed, a tall dresser, a flat screen television, and a closet. This room includes a WiFi-compatible DVD player.

Children's Bedroom: The children's bedroom features two twin beds, a tall dresser, a flat screen television, and a closet. This room includes a WiFi-compatible DVD player.

Bunk Bedroom: The bunk bedroom features a pyramid-style bunk bed, with the bottom mattress being a full and the top mattress being a twin. The room includes a Roku Device, with access to programs such as Netflix and Hulu (tenant must supply username and password), dresser, and closet.

Plus...a stow away bed that can be added to any room.

Convenient parking for up to 4 vehicles.

A fully stocked garage with plenty of beach accessories (chairs, boogey boards, beach cart, umbrellas, and beach toys).

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINENS FOR ALL BEDS.

Great stay as always!

Back again at this spot for another year! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house in Wildwood, NJ, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided us with great recommendations for local dining and activities. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic! If you're looking for a charming beach house in Wildwood, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved our time in Wildwood! Despite the initial blackout, the owner was wonderful with communication and power was restored during our first night. The condo had everything we needed and it was in perfect walking distance to the boardwalk and convention center, where our kids were dancing. We would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing Family Vaca!

This was our first trip to Wildwood and Our stay was nothing shy of amazing! Mike was quick to respond to any and all questions and super helpful with suggestions! The property was just as described! There were 10 of us from ages 3 to 72 and we were all very comfortable in the space! 1.5 blocks to the boardwalk with so much to do for everyone! The beach was a bit of a walk down to the water, but was so clean and the water felt incredible! The property also had beach carts, toys, chairs, etc! Everything you needed was right there! We would definitely love to come back!

Best ever

This was one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever experienced and we have been renting for over 20 years. It was equipped with things that you would have in your own home, not just stuff thrown together. Home is beautiful, decor is beautiful, deck is amazing, location is perfect. Loved it!!

We've been renting houses up and down the Jersey Shore for over 25 years and this house was the best/most well stocked house we've ever stayed at!! For someone who packs hand towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and cleaning wipes for "just in case." ......this house had it all and more. Super clean and very comfortable. We stayed end of August/end of season and even the beach chairs, boards, and umbrellas were either new or in great shape. Mike is a very timely and accommodating owner. The walk to the actual ocean (where you will want to sit) is doable, but it is further than you think. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance and it's a short walk to the boardwalk. The house, the owner, and the location were all excellent!

Kitchen was fully equipped, my so. Loved the wii when it was raining. Only thing we had an issue with was a broken wheel on the cart to bring things to beach and a boogie board, I did buy a new board for my son and left it there. Had enough cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves. No issues great stay

Beautiful Space

This beach condo is beautiful, everything from the decor to the location was just perfect. So spacious, I love the open floor plan it was very accommodating for 9 adults. The deck is huge and the neighborhood was very nice. Thank you Mike and Heather, my 60th celebration couldn't have been better.

Wonderful beach condo

We had a very pleasant stay. The condo was clean and perfectly suited our family of 6 (4 kids 10 and under). We were close to the boardwalk but not too close where it would keep you up at night. Hoping to return again next year.

Very clean, online photos are representative of what you are getting. Well stocked with a lot of the small stuff you may not think to bring on your own. Outdoor deck is a nice size. Very walkable, convienent location. Nice to be at the end of the boardwalk. Only negative we encountered is that Friday night fireworks are not visible from the unit as stated in the description.

This was really the perfect property! Close enough to the beach and boardwalk to walk, but far enough away to avoid loud crowds. The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Mike was quick to respond to all messages. I would say the only thing missing is yard space/grill area, but we didn't seem to miss it too much!

Perfect stay

We have been coming to wildwood for almost 40 years and this condo was the best one yet. Well equipped kitchen, Comfortable beds and plenty of parking. Location is close to dining, the beach, boardwalk and grocery stores. Michael is a great communicator. No issues at all and we hope to stay there again soon.
