Parking space for up to 6 cars. 24/7 Surveillance for safety reasons (Driveway, sides of the house, and backyard) Propane for grill not included. Weekend reservations must be of 3 days or longer.


Early check-in ( +5 hours ) = $120
Late check-out ( +5 hours ) = $120

You must check-out by 10 am unless the fee has been paid. For every 30 minutes after check-out it's a fee of $60 USD

Early check-in and late check-out will depend on the availability of the property, which is subject to change at any time.

Rules and Penalties:

• No parties or events- $600.00
• No smoking inside - $400.00
• No pets allowed - $400.00
• No guest listed - $100.00 (Per Guest not on Listing)
• If the authorities are called- $1,000.00

• The maximum amount of people that can be in the house is 10, No visitors allowed.

• Every person in the property must be added as a guest.

• Music and all loud chatter must be stopped at 11:00 p.m. This property is located in a family neighborhood.

If any of the rules are broken, your reservation will be canceled.
