Lavendel Cottage is a cute and cozy, newly remodeled little place on the very north end of Lindsborg, Kansas! With easy access to downtown, Bethany College and Coronado Heights, guests can access all the best that Little Sweden, USA has to offer in a clean, safe, non-smoking environment on an acre that makes you feel like you're in the country, though you are actually in town. Detached from our Lavendel House, our little cottage is ideal for solo travelers, couples and young families with one or two smaller kids. The full-sized bunk bed over mom and dad's queen bed makes for a fun overnight!

This was the cleanest vacation rental that I've ever been to! You can tell that it's a labor of love for the owners, and is absolutely adorable. While small, the home has so much personality and is perfect for a short getaway!

Phenomenal Hosts!

We stayed at Mark and Nancy's cottage on our way to and from visiting family. On our way home we arrived the day after a huge snow storm. Mark shoveled a foot and half of snow for us to have a spot to park and to have a clear path to the cottage. That is going above and beyond! Great hosts!

Well worth the money!

Such a cute cottage. Preserving the past but modern conveniences. Good for 1 or 2 people as it is small. Property owners friendly and responsive! Close to the college and straight shot to downtown. Will recommend!

Relaxing

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the cottage. Everything was sparkling clean. The bed was comfy. I sat outside on the patio furniture and enjoyed the spacious yard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We have no complaints at all.

A Cozy Night

We stayed at Lavendel Cottage on a 0 degree night. The owners supplied a space heater to support the installed heater… and plenty of blankets to keep us cozy. The bed was comfortable… shower was great. We loved our time.

My stay was for business @ BC and I really appreciate Mark & Nancy, the cottage, and the location. The little space was perfect for just me and my thoughts. The bath leaves some to be desired for space to prepare & shower. Cute, quaint, and well kept are words to describe my stay.

I had a most enjoyable stay at Lavendel Cottage. It was clean and well appointed, and the owners made all the details simple and painless. The only detractors were the front door, which can be tricky to lock, and the tiny bathroom with a weird tub. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay there again.

Tiny cottage in a great neighborhood

Great location with a spacious private property. Very nice neighborhood! Cottage itself is clean and well equipped but very small. Bathroom is especially cramped with a goofy shower/tub.

My stay at the cottage was a perfect stop for my road trip. I felt super comfortable in the house and was able to get food and see a local attraction down the road. I also felt safe in the neighborhood and would definitely stay there again.

Nice and quiet

This place was just what we were looking for. Located on Main st in Lindsborg. The place is a small cottage just enough space. We would love to stay here again on our up coming visits.
