Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located within walking distance to the beach! Enjoy canal views from the unit, located on the 2nd floor. Desk space provided so that you can work from home and walk to the beach on your lunch break.


Minutes to shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami.

The space

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby!

The Master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal.

The guest bedroom has a full size bed, smart tv, pack-n-play and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. (both bathrooms include stand up showers, no bathtubs).

In the living room you can enjoy watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with comfortable sitting areas.

Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, crockpot, microwave, kuerig, plates and utensils, 2 bedrooms with king beds, sofa bed, master bed room offers a private balcony overlooking waterfront canal, private deck with outdoor dining table, chairs and grill, 3 smart tv's with free Netflix.

Pompano Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very recepetive and accommodating to a small bathroom issue we had during our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and setup for the beach with plenty of chairs and a wagon. Two outside areas were a plus! I wasn't crazy about Pompano Beach in general ( just my opinion) but if you want to stay in Pompano this unit is lovely and on the end of a quiet street.

Great place close to the beach

We had a great time spending a few days on the beach. Cute neighborhood with lots of walkable places to eat. Condo had the perfect set up for 2 couples. We grilled steaks one night and the kitchen was fully stocked with oil and spices. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time

It was a very nice location we could see the boats going down the canal which was very relaxing. The beach wagon and toys were also wonderful for the grandchildren when they came. Very quiet and clean and would stay again. Thank you

Great vacation

I was looking for a getaway for my college aged daughter and I to enjoy together as Mom and daughter on her spring break. The place was bigger than we needed but it allowed us both to have our own space and privacy. The canal and waterway off the main bedroom with screened in porch was the seller for me. My daughter had her spot in the sun by her bedroom. A few light bulbs needed replacing. Accurate 5 min. walk to the beach.

It is a Beautiful condo by the canal

I love this place, short walk to the beach, it has everything you need. Communication with Marilyn is fast. We always come back for a great week in Pompano! The balcony with the canal is lovely, quiet with a nice view. For me this place is magical.

Right on the canal. 2 outdoor spaces. Close to beach and restaurants. Definitely enjoyed Pompano beach. Avoid the crowds of Ft Lauderdale but still have beautiful beaches. We had everything we needed here.

Perfect little place

Cleanest and most accommodating VRBO I've stayed at.

We were only there for the weekend, but didn't want to leave. The deck and the screened in porch over the canal were fantastic. Super clean, and Marilyn thought of everything we could ever need!

Wonderful Get Away

The apartment was very clean and smelled so fresh! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the view of the canal and intercostal was beautiful! There was an issue with the grill. I messaged the owner and within one hour maintenance was there and fixed the issue! I will definitely book again in the future.

Great property

This property is located across the beach overlooking the intracoastal and truly was just a short walk to the beach. Spacious and clean it was perfect for a family looking for all the comforts of home right at the fingertips.

Pros and cons

Pros: close proximity to the beach, grocery store and restaurants Cons: pans are warped, knives don't cut well, oven doesn't heat or cook well. At no fault of anyone it rained our whole trip, when asked to check in an hour early to beat the storm since on second floor, was told no. Roach and ants, she said due to rain. Can only use washer and dryer after 3pm No extra garbage bags except 2 in kitchen, needed more. No extra paper towels. Back bedroom mattress kept shifting off boxspring. Floors were still dirty at arrival, feet were dirty and had to wear socks and slippers the whole time inside. No broom, vacuum or swiffer. She was made aware and didn't offer to have cleaned. Netflix kept signing out. Maintenence there over an hour trying to get connected. If they replace the items listed above and add a swiffer or broom it will be an amazing rental.

Beyond our expectations

This was our 1st VRBO experience & we'd definitely stay here again. The property was immaculate and tastefully decorated with fantastic water views. We appreciated all the attention to detail...the specially folded towels made us feel like we were staying at a boutique hotel. We would have given the property 5 stars based on appearance, location, & comfort except that the pullout couch could use a thicker mattress; also, it didn't have a blanket so we borrowed one from the master bedroom, but were still cold as the A/C works extremely well. There were a plethora of items available for use at the beach. The only item not provided by the host was a hair dryer. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for 4 adults, but not 6, unless that pullout mattress is replaced.

Great location

The property was equipped with beach, chairs and umbrella and a wagon for a convenient walk across the street and down the path to the ocean front. It was conveniently located to a convenient store and shopping if you needed to pick up something last minute. Loved to stay and the location I would highly recommend.
