Resort Fun at its Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the newly refurbished, gorgeous 9 hole mini-golf, Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, tennis, pickle ball and basketball. The Cabana and lakefront pools are open for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Very quaint and quiet resort.

Property was perfectly positioned right across from the activity building. Unitwas on the 3rd floor so you also got amazing views of the lake from the balcony. Elevator eliminates any concerns about staying on the 3rd floor and you don't have to worry about people above you. Property is a bit older but overall well maintained. We would absolutely stay again and looking to come back in the summer once the various pools are open for the season.Note: Checkniut the Garvan Gardena while visiting. It is absolutely gorgeous there.

Lake/Mountain views were amazing

My 13 year old son and I enjoyed our stay here for Fall Break. He loved the pool table and mini golf and we both enjoyed the hot tub. Our room had a wonderful view of Lake Hamilton. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. I felt at ease within the gated resort and rested easy knowing my truck was secure and security was always onsite and close by. Well done South Shore. Thank you for a great stay!

My family of 4 stayed at this resort and it was great! Beautiful view! Great things to do at resort. Could have been a bit more updated on the inside, some of the outlets were not working, but no biggie. Could hsve used a few more kitchen essentials. Overall, great stay and would stay again

A great stay in Hot Springs!

The apartment was wonderful and very clean. The view was amazing and the property was quiet and clean and all guests were friendly. It was so nice to have all the additional amenities! The only suggestion is having a trash can in the kitchen perhaps, or just a bigger one. The only trash in the apartment was a small one in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the place and would come back again.

Great Weekend Getaway

My husband and I took a little weekend getaway here and we really enjoyed our short stay. The condo itself was very clean and quiet. The best part were the amenities and the view. The Cabana that you have access to is pretty awesome. The pool was very nice, as was the hot tub. Also, the property is very close to all kinds of great restaurants. Overall, I would stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful with plenty of fun for the kids!

This was everything we needed for our two nights. Close to town, pretty views, and so much for the kids to do. Loved that is across from the cabana, game room and courts! I do agree with another reviewer that the cleanup is a lot to ask given the cleaning fee, especially traveling alone with kids. But we would definitely book again!

Meet and beat expectations, only minor complaint was stripping sheets, and taking out the very small amount of trash, since there is already a cleaning fee attached. Would rent again without hesitation.

Spring Break 2023

The place was very nice and close to Hot Springs for all the outings we had planned. The view was amazing from the room and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place and may come back in the future.

Amazing view!

It has been 20+ years since our last visit to Hot Springs. We chose this location because of the view, and it did not disappoint! The space was just what we needed. It was a great weekend trip!

Loved the extra amenities!

Me, my Mom and 16 yr old son stayed. Love the swimming pool, ping pong, tennis, pool table and putt putt to break up the day with “downtime”. Loved sitting on balcony looking at water and watching boats. Very nice, clean and peaceful area.

Great Location/Wonderful Activities

My husband and I came to stay for our one year anniversary. When we walked into the condo, it was very cold because the heat was not on, but the condo itself was clean. There were no luxury toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc), but they did have the basics. You're limited on toilet paper, so beware. There are no curtains in the bedroom, only blinds, which is cumbersome if you are trying to sleep in, but luckily I brought an eye mask. The Cabana building was great! We played pool, mini golf, and enjoyed the hot tub every night we were there. We tried to use the hot tub during the daytime, but every time we went, it was full of children. Not sure why children are allowed in a hot tub, but that's not for me to decide. The location was excellent! It was very easy to get to all things in Hot Springs without being cooped up in downtown where there's no space. We would definitely stay here again.

We went here for our anniversary and it was beautiful!! The condo was so clean and neat! We had such a great time!! And we had something come up that we had to try and reschedule and the host went above and beyond to make sure we still was able to come on our trip!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Definitely plan to go back!!
