Situated in a quiet area of Saint-Brevin-les-Pins, this 40 m² seaside house dating from the 1940s offers a peaceful retreat thanks to its enclosed, unoverlooked garden. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Inside, you'll find a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with shower and washing machine. The layout is simple but functional.

A special feature of this house is that the bedroom is separated from the dining room by a curtain, allowing a degree of privacy in the living areas.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking.

Outside, the 300 m² sand-covered plot features a wooden chalet for storage, garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for soaking up the sun. A driveway is also available. Two bicycles are available for your use.

A SUPPLEMENT OF €50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES ON SUNDAYS, TO BE PAID ON SITE.
