About this property

This condomiunium is our vacation home. It is fully furnished with a lot of amenities. Tiles though all the unit help keep it clean and cool in summer.

Amenities : Tropic Winds is equipped with an exercise room facing the ocean, a Finland style hot/wet sauna, an ocean front jacuzzi and an indoor/outdoor pool, all are available for your use during your stay.

Living Room : We have a 62' TV in the Living room with a Roku streaming device to watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc and we also have Cable TV and a Blu-ray player. We have an authetic leather leaving room set with hand-made mosiac coffee table.

Master Bedroom : We have a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a new 55' TV in the bedroom whereby you can stream Netflix and other platforms.

Guest Bedroom : We have a queen-size bed & also a roll- away bed with a 32 inch wall-mounted TV with an attached bathroom including a bath / shower.

Kitchen : We have stainless appliances and a fully equipped kitchen and large fridge / freezer for your stay with a breakfast bench and stools.

Laundry Room : Over size washer with separate dryer.

Our balcony is an extension of the indoor living area, creating a welcoming outdoor space for all to enjoy. We have a hand-made, Japandi style furniture with plenty of cushions and pillows for your comfort and tranquility .

We are also very fortunate to have 2 assigned parking spots for our condominium at Tropic Winds. One is located under the building in first floor, the second across the road in an underground parking lot. Building has a trash shoot located on our 17th floor, quietly located at the opposite end of the hallway so we are excluded from any disposal noise.

2024 PCB Vacation

The weather was perfect and the ocean was beautiful. The condo we stayed in was very nice and we really enjoyed it being an end unit. Everything was great !!!

Awesome place,

The place was really clean and furnished with everything you need or want. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and things of that nature. The view from the corner balcony was awesome, the fireworks from that high up was something to be amazed over. 17th floor, We definitely would stay there again, thanks for opening up your little peace of heaven.

48th Year Anniversary

The condo is well maintained and well kept. The only problem we had was that the mattress in the master bedroom was well used and not comfortable. I contacted the host who said to rotate the mattress and he would have the cleaners check it. I did not pack my CPAP hose and mask when we check out. I called Alma Fox who is in charge of clean-up. She went out of her way to ship them to me. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here at the beach.

Superb views

Condo was nice enough and owners were very responsive and helpful. The best thing about the unit is the ocean front view from a large balcony. Unit could use some updating in bathrooms and balcony railings need replaced or painted but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Dream Vacation

We loved our stay at David and Irina's beautiful home! Their balcony especially provided such lovely ambiance. It is a corner balcony and so we had such breathtaking views! The kitchen was great, well stocked, and had everything we needed and more. David and Irina were a pleasure to communicate with and we definitely plan to be back. I recommend this stay so much !

Exceptional

We had a great time and loved this unit. We have been cautious since COVID and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and precautions the owners take. We had some trouble with parking, due to destruction caused by Sandy, but the owner was always a simple phone call / text or email away and was quick to respond and helped us with solving the issue. The owners were inquired, more than once, about our stay to ensure we were pleased and had everything we needed and to our expectations. We have stayed in many units over the years and this is the first time we've actually felt that the owners were truly mindful of our stay. It was like a bed-and-breakfast where the owners were always available, yet with full privacy. The area was nice; far enough from Pier Park to be away from riff-raff; yet close enough for outings. There is a fantastical sandbar just off the beach in front of this condo and was a blast to enjoy daily! We look forward to staying in this unit again!

Parking problem's

Parking across the street in the designated area was closed. The parking spot under the building was very inconvenient. Too close to get in and out of your vehicle. Supposably no dogs allowed on this property. We heard barking dogs throughout our stay. So much for peace and quiet. Too many rules and regulations to relax and rest on a vacation. We are adults not children and expected to be treated that way. The view from the balcony was good but noisy dog kept us from enjoying it fully. Whatever you do don't forget to leave the parking pass. Don't do this and don't do that but whatever you do try to enjoy your stay. Almost forgot to mention looks like a dog has chewed one of the counter stools. Also a big tear in one of the screen doors. Take some of the money you charge and repair or replace these items. Too many fees on top of fees and insurance on top of insurance charged. Needless to say first and last time to stay here.

Family Vacay in PCB 2020

Panama City Beach vacation

We had a great time in Panama City Beach! The condo is in a great location. It was very easy to walk out to the beach. The covered parking is also a big plus. Our favorite part about this condo was the huge balcony overlooking the ocean with comfortable patio furniture. Thank you!
