Bella vacanza vicino alle spiagge

La casa è funzionale e vicino a due bellissime spiagge. Un ampio giardino recintato è molto comodo e crea un po’ di ombra attorno alla casa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno, purtroppo la mancanza del condizionatore si fa sentire nei giorni più caldi.

Meeresrauschen inklusive

Das Haus liegt wunderschön nur wenige 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus ist aus das Meer zu sehen und zu hören, herrlich. Das Haus ist zwar nicht groß, bietet aber wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin und die Kontaktperson vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir werden wiederkommen 😀

Calme beauté du site proximité des plages

Excellent contact avec la propriétaire et avec la Conciergerie. Nous avons bénéficié de l'absence de voisins. Seuls au monde dans ce grand terrain. Ça doit être différent avec une autre famille juste à côté. Excellent mobilier de terrasse table chaises et chaises longues. Bons équipements machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle. La plage à 5 minutes. Commerces et ville tout proche. Et le train juste à côté. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Perfect

The house was perfect, we had a nice parking space right next to the house in the garden, the walk to the beach wasn't far and the location was very pleasant and quiet.Shopping opportunities were nearby and easily accessible Kind regards and the farewell from the manager was very friendly.

Emplacement et extérieur fabuleux, heureusement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : l’emplacement à quelques minutes d’une très belle plage, L’extérieur avec un grand parc et une magnifique vue, Cependant, l’absence de climatisation a rendu nos nuits très compliquées du fait de la chaleur intense avec une très mauvaise isolation de l’appartement. Nous faisions attention de laisser fermé la journée et de n’ouvrir que tard dans la soirée. De plus, la fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur le parking publique de la plage, le ramassage des poubelles et des verres nous réveillaient chaque nuit… en conclusion, la climatisation nous semble une prestation indispensable. Enfin nous aurions apprécié avoir des meubles et électroménagers de meilleure qualité… Tout est un peu low-cost à l’intérieur… Enfin l’absence de wifi est aussi dommageable… Heureusement l’emplacement est remarquable!!!

Nous avons passé huit jours très agréable dans un logement bien équipé…Proches de superbes plages accessibles à pied en en 5 minutes…Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer les propriétaires…l’accueil était chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Soggiorno fantastico

Soggiorno fantastico . La casa è molto vicina a spiagge bellissime da raggiungere a piedi . Il terrazzo ed il parco dove si trova l’appartamento è tranquillo e davvero piacevole . La casa è dotata di tutte le comodità. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile . Consiglio decisamente questo appartamento

Parfait !

Location très agréable proche de 2 plages magnifiques surtout une avec un petit bar à tapas très sympa. On peut même se rendre au centre de l'île Rousse à pied par un petit chemin côtier ou avec le petit train. Il manque peut-être juste une bouilloire dans l'appartement pour les buveurs de thé le matin 😇

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il ne manque rien dans ce gîte qui est propre, fonctionnel, agréable avec sa grande terrasse et sa superbe vue sur le parc et la mer. Un petit paradis! Pas besoin de véhicule pour accéder à deux magnifiques plages. On ne peut qu'apprécier le calme tout en étant proche de l'île Rousse (à peine 5 minutes en voiture pour aller au centre commercial). Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer nos hôtes qui sont charmants, chaleureux et discrets. A recommander. Patrick et Carole Z

Parfait pour le repos, la situation et la vue

Appartement dans villa mitoyen avec un T3 . Nous étions seuls, donc le calme absolu, la maison étant située sur une grande propriété arborée. Vue sur la mer de la terrasse. Très proche des 2 plages . Passage du petit train de Balagne juste en dessous de la propriété. Même par grand vent, la terrasse est bien abritée. Baie vitrée qui apporte beaucoup de clarté. Bonne literie dans la chambre. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle. En plus cela éviterait de faire tourner le lave vaisselle trop souvent. Espace largement suffisant pour 2. Accueil de la propriétaire bien sympathique. A proximité immédiate de l'Ile Rousse et du centre Leclerc. Lors de notre prochain séjour en Balagne, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
