This 1 bedroom/2 full bath unit is located in the very desirable Pelican Key, next to La Vista Resort. The bedroom has a king bed and bathroom, and a futon for small children. Then the front of the unit has another full bathroom and a very comfortable "high end" queen sleeper sofa. Cable tv, wifi, full kitchen, and some ocean views. The back patio with seating for 4 walks right out to the pool. Perfectly equipped for everything you will need for your vacation. And this great location is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, casino, and night life..
Unit has an off street parking spot (free).
There will be a $60 cleaning fee collected at check in.
