Plus, Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant is right next door, and numerous other dining options are within walking distance. Free Chair Service: From March 15 to October 31, enjoy complimentary beach chair service, including 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Additional Information:

Parking: The condo offers under-building parking, with space for up to 2 vehicles per stay at additional cost.
Weekly Rentals: During peak seasons, rentals are available for Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to-Sunday stays. We may consider 6-night stays if they begin and end on a Saturday or Sunday.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June through September), for added peace of mind.
Non-Refundable Deposit: For stays beyond 14 days, a non-refundable deposit will be required.
