Come enjoy this lovely villa which has been recently renovated! You will only be six villas from the beautifuls sands and surf of Siesta Key. Villa A12 is in the middle of our complex and convenient to laundry facilities, the pool, the clubhouse, and the beach. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom villa sleeps up to 4 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, screened lanai, tile and carpet combination throughout. A short walk to the #1 Beach in America by Dr. Beach twice!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Latoya and Murph were welcoming, friendly and helpful, upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Thank you again. The Casita was beautiful, impeccably clean, and had every essential item to have a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. All you needed to bring were food and beverages. Many Family members had food delivered, as an option. The spectacular beach was in one direction and a large pool, with an adjacent recreation room, was in the other direction. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I took my Grandchildren out for ice cream one night, and walked around Siesta Village. While it was very nice, I much preferred walking around the beautiful Casa Blanca property and along Siesta Key Beach.🥰Paradise Found!

Siesta Key Get Away

Excellent location with direct access to beautiful private beach. Unit was good except for outdated stove and horrible main bed that made noise with every little movement. A charming community worth visiting.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Finding and renting a place through Vrbo was easy. Our stay at Casa Blanca was very relaxing. Close to beach and pool and a short ride to Siesta Key town. We will do it again!
