Welcome to Villa A14! You'll love this newly-remodeled villa! It is located on the beautiful white-sand shores of Crescent Beach, recently rated the #1 beach in the USA! This is a 2 bedroom, 1 and a 1/2 bath private villa just steps away from the beach and the heated pool. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an ensuite 1/2 bath. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 queen-size and 1 twin-size bed. Amenities include: * Private WiFi * Flat screen TV's * VCR/DVD player * Screened-in lanai Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away! Leave the beach towels at home; we've got them for you! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit A-14 Could have been cleaned better when we arrived but not horrible. TV needs to be upgraded for things like Netflix. Sheets and pillowcases need to be replaced Couch and beds were comfortable, towels were nice and the property was in good repair.

Overall is a great place and the staff is super friendly, but I think the villa needs better maintenance and the cleaning leaves much to be desired. We arrived with dust everywhere, random things under the bed, dirty dishes and cutlery within the cabinets, and am left wondering what else hasn’t been cleaned that I can’t notice.

We were happy to see that it had a small cooler for the beach and a blender. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. Unit was clean. Would stay here again.

I had trouble speaking with anyone at the front office prior to our stay. No one would answer our calls but would email us each time after leaving messages. We arrived after office hours and they had everything ready to go! Our key was in the drop box and we just checked in with the next week day.

I only wish there were 2 full bathrooms instead of 1 and 1/2 baths. The beds in the 2nd bedroom could be better with an addition of a foam mattress pad and fluffy pillows. Overall, it is a great unit.

I’ve stayed in at least 10 different units over the years. We always loved the close proximity to the beach and each unit had sufficient kitchen equipment and bedding for our needs. I would have to suggest that the owners may want to consider investing in a new mattress

Great "get away from winter" place!!

This was in a great spot-- close to the beach and good food places!! It was super clean and very well stocked with towels/kitchen equipment/comfy furniture. Its a safe, friendly, super clean place. The pool was perfect for when it was too windy on the beach-- we loved it!!
