Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 adults enjoyed a fabulous stay at this villa on Siesta Key. The description on VRBO was accurate. The villa was clean, well equipped and only steps to the beach. The kitchen included everything you need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms worked well(buy T-paper because no extra rolls were provided). We never saw a bug in the villa. The location of this villa is perfect. A short walk to the private beach where plenty of comfortable loungers and chairs are free to guests. Guests also have access to a secure bathroom at the beach. You'll need to bring or rent an umbrella or canopy, but information about a rental service is available at the beach. The Casa Blanca staff was great. We used the free Frog Hopper service to travel to the village for meals and drinks. The unit owner was very helpful and responded quickly to all my inquiries. Sadly, we had to leave a day early due to Hurricane Helene and saw pictures of the devastation to the Key. We know the Key will recover, and when it does, we highly recommend staying at Casa Blanca Villa D07!

It was centrally located on the island; far enough away from the village that things were quiet but right on the trolley line so we had access to everything without a far drive. The private beach was perfect, quiet, and having access to beach chairs was lovely as it was less to carry from the condo, as it was a short walk (about 3 minutes or so). We had everything we needed; dishes, linens, soaps, dishwashing detergent, you name it. The pool was lovely, laundry on site. An overall great place to stay!

The staff there is very helpful and friendly. Very quiet place. Had to contact the host once and got an immediate response. WiFi is excellent. Rooms are spacious and plenty of closet space. If looking to stay very close to a private beach- a block walk on the property so no street crossing- which is a real plus, and beach chairs available on the beach,give this place a serious look. You will not be disappointed.

Literally you walk through the parking lot to arrive on the beach within minutes. Great proximity to Siesta Key restaurants and shopping. So many other areas to explore within a 15-20 minute drive. Condo was very clean! Lots of space in living room. Loved the outdoor patio in the back and the indoor patio in front. The only drawbacks were the beds. Mattresses seemed very old and need updating-not much support. Besides that it was perfect!

While we didn’t have a view of the ocean from our unit, it was a very short walk to the beach where we watched dolphins every morning. The unit had a closet stocked with beach chairs and toys for our use. We spent our time walking on the soft beach sand, playing Pickleball at the free public courts nearby and kayaking in the mangroves.
