Escape to the Most Beautiful Estate in Havasu. This Exclusive, Premiere Home has 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, perfect for privacy. Main Master has fireplace, extra-large jetted tub, double vanities, huge walk in closet and big screen TV. Large TV with satellite in each master bedroom and casita. Perfect for Weddings, Reunions, Parties!

Large, open kitchen has all Viking appliances, 2 sinks and breakfast bar. Full wet bar with wine fridge and coffee maker. This property has all the essentials for entertaining or relaxing.

Heated dark-bottom pool and spa with beautiful stone fire pit. BBQ and outdoor seating for everyone! Full size front load washer and dryer and sink in laundry room. 4 car garage. There is RV and boat storage but it is off-limits to guests at this time. Plenty of driveway parking for other vehicles and toys!

Short drive down into town, over the London Bridge to Lake Havasu.

Wonderful view!

We come yearly and stay in many beautiful homes in Havasu but this one has to be the best one so far! Comfortable beds. Clean house. Ready for visitors. Everything we needed for comfort. The view is truly magnificent. You can float in the pool at night and see the stars so clearly, or you can float in the same spot and see the sunset. Amazing. Our family loved it!

Best spot in Havasu in every way!

This home is perfectly laid out and appointed for a family and/or friend celebration. We had our 5 grown children to celebrate a college graduation for our youngest and it was the perfect backdrop for our 9-day stay. The kitchen, dining, and bar area supply a 24/7 view of the lake. Night swimming was a huge hit! We were able to cook (a favorite family activity) easily altogether in the large kitchen. The bedding and bathrooms were cozy and clean! We all slept like babies. There are many small touches that make it great, such as the shades outside that can be used when needed. We have been to Havasu several times and stayed in other wonderful VRBOs but this is the one we will return to. Thanks for a great stay!

Really nice. The most impressive part was the view- it sits high above Lake Havasu and the sunset every day was fantastic. Otherwise the home was plenty big and worked for our family

Priceless view

The view from this property is absolutely priceless. We had 12 people on our party and everybody had a place to sleep and plenty of space to relax. Which meant a lot of time on the boat in the water during the day and it was very enjoyable to come back to the property to watch the sunset while sitting at the pool having cocktails and barbecue. You so much to the honours we thoroughly enjoyed your property.

Beautiful home

Kids and family absolutely loved this home, view, location, and size fit us well. The view is amazing and house is well put together. Kids loved watching the quail with babies in tow in the mornings. Thank you Also, Pool is refreshing!

A Bit of Paradise in Havasu

This home is spectacular! It is spacious and gorgeous and the view is amazing. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that as of the night before we were to arrive we had not received the address, door code or any check-in information from the property management company and we had to reach out to them to get it. We received the information just a couple of hours before heading to the house. We also had difficulty communicating with them during our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat but would recommend that communication from the property management company be tightened up.

Best House in Havasu

This place was everything as described and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had trouble with the spa a few times but Bev was very helpful and came over within minutes to help out. Will definitely be coming back next year!
