Very light thatched cottage of 250m2 with garden, 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms each containing a single bed + folding bed 1 pers, 1 bedroom with 1 bz + 1 sofa bed 2 people on the menzanine = 12 beds). 2 bathrooms with bath, veranda of 30 m2 equipped with garden furniture (sofa, chairs, deckchairs, and garden tables + chairs), kitchen 25m2, large lounge, ping pong table and outdoor games, board games, trampoline, barbecue, wi-fi, basement, washing machine, dryer. Comfortable, sheets provided. Beach 200m and 3 min drive to the beach Courance, 10 minutes to pornichet, shopping center 1 km. Very calm. Presence of 2 cats but who do not return if you do not want it.
