Great place

Lots of room and great location. Sometimes difficult to contact management company after hours but the issue we had with the dishwasher was fixed promptly. Would stay here again!

Filthy condo with good location

Can’t get keys until 3-5 because they have to clean property. Got our keys at 4:20 only to find our 3 bedroom condo filthy. Brown messy smear on the sofa, bed linens were not changed, dishwasher full refrigerator dirty, sweeper not run, placemats on table had glass rings on them, bug in bathtub, and no scent of cleanliness anywhere and I took pictures to prove it. Instead of eating the dinner we brought with us then walking the beach as we planned, the 3 ladies spent the evening helping the cleaning guy they sent over, get the condo to the condition we should have found it in. Everyone was extremely upset! Could have been so much better if we got what we paid for, a nice clean condo.

Property Manager is a Problem

Have stayed in many places on VBRO. Use to own a place in Myrtle. So was surprised at all the issues. Communicated with Property Manager that my sister would be checking in. They somehow lost that communication. Check in was between 3 and 5, so at approximately 4:15 check in, property was not ready and suppose to being cleaned...not really though. After 5pm received the key and went to property. Cheerios scattered around living room in plain sight. Mold in master bath. Garbage behind door in one bedroom. Dishwasher was filled with still water that was rancid. So we manually washed all the dishes, glasses and utensils we used before using any. We immediately sweep all floors and cleaned the ceiling fans that were very dirty. Called Property manager about this and one towel bar was not attached. They said someone would come next day to fix towel bar. They did fix the towel bar the next day. The condo is nice size but needs some updates. Needs more/better lighting in a couple of bedrooms, if you plan on reading in them. Asked property manager for our cleaning fee back and got a No, you did not call us. Yes we did. Good luck!
