Location agréable. Bémol sur la literie, qui pr nous n'était pas confortable. Sinon la maison très agréable, un peu sombre en ce qui concerne la pièce du bas. Malheureusement pas eu une belle météo sur la région. Mais d'agréables vacances en famille pr se ballader sur St Malo, Mont Saint Michel.... La conciergerie qui s'occupe de la maison est très professionnelle et très courtoise. Vous pouvez louer cette maison sans aucun souci.

A la rencontre de Saint Malo

La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme sans être isolé. Le fait de pouvoir naviguer à pied pour rejoindre l'intra muros ou les plages est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, répondant à toutes nos attentes de repos, d'évasion, de balades et autres aventures narrées par les malouins rencontrés.

Nachdem ich 2 Wochen dort gelebt habe, freue ich mich jetzt, eine schöne Wohnung zu bekommen. Es ist noch die schlechteste und teuerste Wohnung von bald 15 Wohnungen in Saint Malo, die wir für unsere Kollegen hier gemietet haben. Die Küche ist ein dunkles Loch mit Blick auf einen ungepflegten Betongarten. Die Möbel im Obergeschoss sind alt, wackelig, veraltet und die Matratzen sind alt und überbeansprucht. Das Geschirr ist aus vielen Haushalten zusammengebracht, nur der Herd ist neu. Ich könnte so fortfahren Das Haus muss dringend komplett renoviert und nicht oberflächlich gereinigt werden. Die "Missverständnisse" zeigen nur, eine Gutschrift ist unter dieser Plattform so wenig verhandelbar, wie ein angemessener Rabatt.

Superbe séjour

Tout d'abord, très bon accueil par Clément le concierge. La maison est spacieuse, avec beaucoup d'équipements récents. Le mobilier vintage et dépareillé donne du charme et de la personnalité au lieu (ce qui n'est pas rendu par les photos). La cour arrière est agréable et très calme. Bref, on s'y sent bien ! Les concierges et le propriétaire sont à l'écoute et compréhensifs.

Petite maison sans prétention mais très agréable, bien équipée, fraîche par forte chaleur. Très bien située, on peut tout faire à pieds même avec de jeunes enfants. Très bon séjour (couple avec 3 enfants). Très bien reçus par le prestataire, facilité pour fixer les horaires de remise de clés: très bien :)

Le garage annoncé était impraticable à cause du fouillis contenu et à proximité le stationnement est très difficile.la cuisinière né fontionnait qu'a moitié l'ensemble viellot aurait pu être mieux entretenu de même que le jardinet.la télécommande TV hs à nôtre arrivée n'a jamais été remplacé

la maison cauchemar à fuir

Nous sommes arrivées dans une maison sale, une salle de bain avec les traces des anciens occupants(poils et taches jaunes dans le lavabos), de la poussière partout, un jardin avec des mauvaises herbes, des pots éparpillés et sac plastique(rien à voir avec les photos), et très inconfortable(meubles vétustes et inadaptés à la location). Nous avons signalé immédiatement le problème par téléphone au représentant des propriétaires sur place qui n'était hélas pas présent à la remise des clefs et qui s'est dégagé de toute responsabilité nous prenant de haut.Le propriétaire que nous avons pu joindre à notre retour nous a écouté sans proposer un dédommagement, espérant que nous ayons quand même passé de bonnes vacances ...un séjour gâché. Effektiv og vel beliggende, men ikke pæn eller ren.

Huset er et flot og rummeligt gammelt hus, der ligger glimrende tæt ved banegård og strand. Gårdhaven er ugenert og hyggelig. Indretningen er sparsom og grim, men der var, hvad vi skulle bruge. Vi overtog huset i ikke-rengjort tilstand, selv om vi selv skulle betale for slutrengøring. Det tog noget af fornøjelsen. Vi blev venligt modtaget, men kunne ikke få alle nøgler ved ankomsten, da der var lavet en aftale med de tidligere gæster om, at de kunne hente deres tasker sidst på eftermiddagen. Det var ikke i orden. Ejeren skriver glimrende engelsk.

Maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme et idéalement située. L'accueil est chaleureux , les explications sur le fonctionnement sont claires, la maison très agréable. Cette location est parfaitement équipée ( gros et petit électro-ménager, vaisselle,etc :...Rien ne manque!). En raison du temps maussade, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du charmant jardin pour déjeuner et faire un barbecue. Nous avons très bien dormi dans cet ilot de tranquillité situé au coeur de la ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette location ...

Bien placée mais manque de propreté

Maison très bien placée et très bien achalandée. Nous avons été obligés de faire le ménage en arrivant tant c'était sale et poussiéreux. Maison rendue plus propre qu'elle a été trouvée à notre arrivée.Le jardinet n'est pas entretenu non plus (mauvaises herbes, pots en tous genres...). Cette maison pourrait nettement mieux être mise en valeur grâce à un peu d'aménagement à l'extérieur et un grand nettoyage intérieur. Dommage car elle est très bien située et rien ne manque.

Charmant petit pied à terre

Nous avons adoré le charme désuet de cette petite maison traditionnelle très bien située dans Rocabey (3 minutes de la boulangerie, 5 minutes de la gare, 10 minutes de la plage, 15 minutes de Saint Malo intra-muros). C'est un pied à terre idéal pour découvrir la cité malouine à pied et rayonner dans cette superbe région en bus ou en voiture. La rénovation récente en fait un lieu spacieux et très agréable à vivre.
