This house was a great pick for a big group. Very clean and lots of space. Megan had everything you could possibly need at the house to make stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay for my daughter’s Notre Dame graduation! We felt very welcome. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent location close to campus. Very responsive owner!
The location, number of beds, fully equipped home with everything needed to celebrate a grad weekend or football weekend. Nice backyard, plenty of room to hang out, beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if another child goes to Notre Dame!
This home was perfect for a weekend at Notre Dame with family. Comfortable living space and enough beds/bedrooms to accommodate extended family. The house was very clean, well kept and supplied everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily return next year and would highly recommend to anyone visiting ND.

About the host
Hosted by Megan Sgroi
My husband and I have raised our family in this home. We were drawn to the Sunnymede neighborhood because my husband grew up here and he has great memories of riding his bike and meeting friends at the park or the baseball diamond close to home. For 15 years we have been very happy in our home and we think you will enjoy your stay.
Why they chose this property
We love this home because it has five bedrooms and it is large and open on the main floor. I bake and cook a lot of food so I especially appreciate the kitchen island. My favorite spots are the screened-in porch, back yard and our vegetable and herb garden. Our children love the sidewalks, safe streets and friendly neighbors. As a family we value the close proximity to the University of Notre Dame, school, work, downtown, the St Joseph River, the farmer's market, the zoo, the library and more.
