Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette charmante maison qui correspond tout à fait à la description. L’endroit est très calme et proche des commerces à pied. Nous avons également apprécié le jardin bien arboré. Un merci particulier à Madame pour son gâteau au chocolat !! Nous pourrions y retourner avec plaisir

Tolle Lage des Hauses. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Idealer Wohnort für Ausflüge aller Art. Viel Wohn- und Schlafraum, großer Garten und schönes Wetter.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Perros-Guirec. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns empfangen haben, das Haus ist sehr sauber, groß und toll eingerichtet, der Garten super. Zu beiden Stränden läuft man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Wir hatten perfekte Wellen zum Surfen und waren viel am Meer, man kann aber auch toll wandern in der Gegend. Geschäfte, Restaurants sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, parken war kein Problem vor dem Haus. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in diesem hübschen Haus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was den Urlaub angenehm macht (Kochuntensilien, genügend Geschirr und Besteck, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc.). Viel Platz und ein großer Garten. Die Lage zwischen den beiden Stränden und der kurze Fußweg in den Ortskern waren perfekt. Sympathische Vermieter - vielen Dank für den Schokoladenkuchen!

Bon séjour

Une maison accueillante, comme un cocon douillet. Idéalement située entre les deux plages, elle offre de magnifiques promenades à proximité. Profitez d'une charmante cour équipée d'un barbecue, de chaises longues, d'une table et de chaises pour des moments conviviaux en extérieur. Le seul petit bémol est que le matériel de cuisson tel que la poêle a tendance à accrocher.

De beaux souvenirs.

Très bonnes vacances de la Toussaint. Hébergement parfaitement situé entre les 2 plages Trestrignel et Trestraou, tout proche des commerces et à quelques minutes du port, on peut tout faire à pied. Maison très confortable, pratique et lumineuse. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux. Après de belles balades, nous avons été ravis de nous retrouver bien au chaud, en famille à partager des jeux de société et un bon goûter. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Virginie

We love it 💚

Das Haus und die Lage sind toll. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gewissenhaft. Vielleicht haben wir es im Vorfeld übersehen, dass man vor Ort eine Kaution von 300€ hinterlegen muss und Bettwäsche (wenn man sie möchte) zusätzlich zu bezahlen ist. Das Haus hat 3 tolle Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschen, 2 Wcs und ein schöner großer Garten mit allen Möbeln. Die ebenerdige Garage war für unsere Strandutensilien super und verfügt zudem über Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der am Freitag in Perros-Guirec stattfindende Markt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie das Stadtzentrum. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele schöne Strände (im Radius von ca. 15 Autominuten). Vielen lieben Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub im August 23.

Überraschung beim Empfang

Von einer Begrüßung mit Kuchen und Cidre wie die anderen Gäste können wir leider nicht berichten. Vielleicht weil wir vorab Bettwäsche und Menage abgewählt hatten, nicht wissend, dass mit Menage die Endreinigung gemeint war. Überraschend war die Forderung nach einer Kaution von stolzen 300 Euro, verbunden mit der Wegbeschreibung zum nächsten Geldautomaten. Für die Menage waren weitere 60 Euro fällig. Davon abgesehen entsprach das Haus durchaus den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung im Netz. Die Kaution wurde am Ende des Aufenthaltes problemlos zurückerstattet.

Idéalement située cette maison est proche du centre ville et des plages. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au calme dans un superbe cadre avec de superbes balades à faire.

Check in etwas kompliziert, ansonsten soweit ok

Etwas komplizierter Check in. Per E-Mail muss eine Erklärung bezüglich einer Risikohaftung ( Gebäude und Sachschaden ) mit Unterschrift zurück gesandt werden. Man sollte also eine entsprechende Versicherung haben. Leider wurde das im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt. Der Vermieter kommt zum Haus bei der Übergabe und Abnahme. Das klappte aber gut. Ansonsten eine gute Lage und ein nettes Haus.

Ruime, nette woning, vlak bij centrum en zee.

Vriendelijk ontvangst met chocoladetaart en cider. In omgeving genoeg te bezoeken. de kust is fantastisch.
