We offer for rent, a large atypical villa, in the heart of the pine forest, close to the Dune du Pyla, our ocean beaches and our Arcachon basin.
Not overlooked, in a real green setting, close to all amenities and the many activities offered around (water park, bike path, bicycle rental service delivered to your home, lake etc ...)
You will find all the calm and comfort with family or friends for an exceptional holiday ...

- bathroom with bath and Italian shower,
- fully equipped kitchen,
- large living room of over 100 m2 overlooking several terraces,
- barbecue, plancha, outdoor bar,
- Large private parking.
All in a clearing of one hectare surrounded by a pine forest.
You can also enjoy our “unusual” swimming pool ... on stilts ... and glass, as well as a solar shower, (secured by a gate for children.)
For your information, plan for your arrival 2 checks:
- deposit 1500 euros,
-household 150 euros,
NON CASH AND REFUNDS when you leave.
