Studio located in the golden square between the Palace Negresco and the Ruhl casino, ideally located in the pedestrian area and 50 m from the sea (Promenade des Anglais). In an old hotel, this studio is composed of an independent bathroom with shower, a kitchenette composed of induction hobs and an oven. There is also a small balcony ideal for breakfast! Slightly set back, the studio does not suffer from the noise of the city!
