On bus route for easy access to the lifts and historic town of Breckenridge. Condo is a home completed in October 2007. New furniture, appliances, granite counter tops, with great views and private entrance with patio seating next to French Creek. Owners live in town and are available for assistance during your stay. King bed, Direct TV with streaming available stereo, DVD, free WI-FI, 9 foot ceilings, and in floor radiant heat for your comfort. Smoke and pet free quiet unit.

Beautiful Oasis in the Mountains
The property was gorgeous, super comfortable, and convenient to town. There were great views of Mt. Baldy and the French Creek. The communication with the owners was excellent. The condo had all of the small cooking bonuses needed like salt, pepper, spices, oil, and other cooking materials. There is no oven though aside from the small toaster oven, but this was a minor inconvenience. They also provided bathroom amenities such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, and body lotion. I had a lovely stay and will certainly return! Thank you!

I will definitely stay here again! It was just me but would be comfortable for a couple. The view in the living room is amazing. It is so close to town that I walked to town one day. It is so quiet with no noise of others coming in late or getting up early like at some condos I have stayed at in Breck. I didn’t take the bus but is just a few steps away.

Joanie and I had a wonderful stay at David & Sharon's property in the French Creek neighborhood of Breckenridge. Our congenial hosts provided us with a well maintained, comfy and exceedingly clean place to call home for three nights. A GREAT value for such beauty and comfort. French Creek Condo
Warm cozy, convenient place to spend a few days on the slopes. Shuttle access made maneuvering through Breckenridge simple. We had a wonderful stay that was quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to return.

Perfect base to explore Breckenridge
This property fit us perfectly. It was close to downtown, but not too close. The views are beautiful and we loved hearing French Creek through the open windows. The property is small, but well laid out and organized, so that we had plenty of space. We would book it again without hesitation.

Mountain escape
Perfect place for an escape from the heat. The cozy little unit was located surrounded by trees, mountains and the sound of the river. This only added to the charm. We’ll be back!

Close proximity to downtown Breckenridge, but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Enjoyed listening to the creek, which ran alongside the Vrbo. Nice area to go for walks or ride a bike.

Really enjoyed this property and the location. Lots of light for a downstairs unit on the main house. Quiet neighborhood and great views. As stated, it is a downstairs unit, so the only knock is hearing the upstairs foot traffic.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Very comfortable bed, shower had lots of hot water, and we had a beautiful view out our living room window. It was extremely close to the bus pick up and the bus was very easy to get to and from the ski slopes. We loved staying here!

Anniversary Getaway
Very clean and well kept rental that is attached to the main house where the owners reside. Has all the amenities needed with the exception of a washer and dryer. There is a laundry mat nearby that we used midweek for our hiking/outdoor wear. Hiking trails, restaurants, Gondola, etc. are within walking distance. There is also a free shuttle bus that runs to/from town twice an hour throughout the day that we took advantage of when we didn’t feel like walking. There is a creek right outside the bedroom window. Beautiful views of the mountains can be seen from the driveway. The bed was very comfortable and we slept with the windows open in July (unheard of in Texas where we are from). This wasn’t an issue for us at all but you can hear activity from the main house. Its minimal and during normal hours (people walking/water running/etc.). This condo is located on a residential street and not completely isolated as some of the pictures appear to show. This was actually much better for us! Breckenridge is a wonderful small town and we absolutely loved our stay at this property. I would highly recommend this rental!

The proximity to the lifts and historic Breckenridge make Corkscrew Flats the most accessible new development in Breckenridge. Nowhere in town are the views of the Ten Mile Range and Continental Divide more complete. We have lived in town for 30 years and find Breckenridge one of the most beautiful and active places in the Rocky Mountains.

What makes this property unique

You will enter the one bedroom fully furnished condo along French Creek with views of Bald Mountain. The only sounds you hear are the river and solitude of the one acre open space outside your door. Breckenridge town bus service is a close walk for your less than mile trip to Main Street or the lifts. Enjoy your private space away from condos and hotels in this attractively furnished and affordable accommodation. You too will be a return guest.
