Located on the edge of downtown this studio has a urban
industrial vibe with original artwork and a bright decor. With
off street parking, two city parks just across the street and
great restaurants only a few blocks away. This is the ideal
location for a visit to Lexington.
Bustling by day, this property backs up to a residential
neighborhood, so it is very quiet at night for a great rest
on a queen sized bed with ironed cotton sheets. Great selection
of movies available on Netflix and satellite television. WI-FI included
and no extra pet or cleaning fees added. Our guest's often rave about
our amenities, especially all the
breakfast items .

No communication from host before check in or during stay. Bed was not made upon arrival and towels were piled unfolded on the table. Wifi code was incorrect. Listing description was inaccurate - numerous amenities in description were missing, including hair dryer and breakfast items. No control over temperature.

Moms Getaway

This was the perfect location! Check-in was easy and simple. Next time we're back in Lexington this will be the place we stay. Just a few minutes to downtown and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Didnt end up staying because the room was not ready. Mary tried to make it right but we'd already checked into a hotel.

Maybe I caught the owners on a bad week but I had zero communication before check-in. Zip, nada. I finally called a little after 4p (my check in was for 4) to get instructions how to get into the unit. The owner was very frustrated with me I didn’t find the key right away. She wasn’t very clear and it took me a minute. The studio itself was as advertised. It could use brighter bulbs for sure. Again, maybe I stayed at a bad time- 1/2 a roll of toilet paper was all that was provided. No washcloths and a bin of dirty towels from the previous guests were left in the bathroom. There is a street light right outside the unit so bring a sleep mask because the room does not get very dark!

Awesome Location

Property managers were extremely helpful during my stay. Communication was excellent. Property is clean quiet and comfortable. Located close to many restaurants bars and coffee shops. Recommended!!!

Super Cute Studio

This studio is on the border of an up and coming neighborhood. Walking distance to stores/downtown. Loved how the studio was decorated. Compact but everything you needed. There is a street light right outside the window that I’m used to a little darker sleep situation. Overall-we had a great time.

Only less than one hour stay. Owner refused to give refund for the second day.

I cannot say my friends enjoyed the stay because they were inside the premises for less than an hour. Tried to get refund for day 2. My friends had comments regarding the property but since I was not there, this is all I will say. Star ratings reflects my friends' feedback.

Cute little studio

My daughter and I stayed for three nights and four days. Check in was super easy as was checking out. Mary was in contact with me via phone a few days before our dates to go over everything with me. We had no other contact with her but they live upstairs and were available if needed. Overall everything was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood with coffee shops and eateries within walking distance. local attractions within quick and easy driving distance. We were not in the studio other than to sleep and shower due to attending a festival but there were plenty of toiletries stocked as well as breakfast foods if we wanted them. We will definitely stay again!

Tried to contact owner

to explain that I had mistakenly booked the wrong weekend . She "said she had it covered" and I would be all set... but I was not. She explained that she would "handle" and did not. After I was actually charged because she wouldnt cancel the original reservation on her end(I was unable to do so from my end because owner has to perfrom) I was charged with stay anyway! She then only referred me to VRBO to handle...no idea if its nice place or not but buyer beware based on my interation with owner. Under no circumstance believe that anything I have said/typed in review are anything but the actual facts! I did however just get a 70% refund.

Good stay.

We were in town for a festival so didn’t spend a ton of time here. Location seemed convenient to bars and restaurants. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but for the price you can’t expect anything more. Check in/out super simple. No problems with parking even during a busy event weekend. Overall a good option for a quick weekend stay.

Good time in Lexington!

Nice studio for a visit to Lexington. Thermostat is not available to control. Terrific location close to downtown and food. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lexington layover

Decided to stay in Lexington for 2 nights on my way to PA for a concert. This was the perfect cozy spot! Check in and out was smooth. Good communication with the owner. Breakfast goodies were awesome. Off street parking is always a bonus in the city. Downtown was in walking range and there was so much to see! Recommend a self guided mural tour , Third St stuff, the Lyric theater and Good Fella’s pizza. Would stay again!

Good with caveats

Over all the property is as described. Generally no issues with description accuracy exceot I don't think that's a queen bed. I have one and the bed in this place is smaller. For the rest, most is minor except one thing. I see from past reviews the response and defense of some complaints is no one told me so I couldn't address it but that can't be an excuse when you don't respond in a tinely maner or even at all. 1. There was an aweful smell. 2 glad I'm smart becase I had to figure out the wifi from a note that had the wrong info on it. 3. You will not have control over the thermostat. 4. The track lighting for the sitting area and kitchen is very poor. 5. Bad batteries in the TV remote that was hidden in a drawer. Only major thing was the smell. The rest are minor things but I'm also a vrbo host who sets the bar high for my property so I can help but bring up the rest...oh and the host just needs to pull the broken glass out of the cool divider kinda of a libability there. The place is quiet if the owners upstairs aren't moving around too much. Clears throat..at 4AM. But really, great looking place close to many good things, seems to be a safe area and no outside noise. This poperty has what you need for a short visit.

Good value

I found the property to be as described and was quite comfortable through my stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware as well as dishes, cups, and utensils. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and enjoyed the oversized bathroom. About the only improvement I could see is with lighting in this studio apartment - lighting by the bed and in the bathroom is great but the kitchen area and living space could be better lit. The location works well being about a 15 minute walk to downtown. There are restaurants in the area (would suggest Eppings) as well as Mirror Twin Brewing which hosts an exceptional wood-fired pizza kitchen (their beer is pretty good too).

University of Kentucky football game

Everything was quaint and clean and nice! There were fresh flowers waiting for me waiting on the end table which was a very personable touch! It was totally stocked with everything in the kitchen cupboards and freezer and refrigerator you could ask for or need! In the bathroom there were more than enough clean towels stocked and in a cupboard on the wall, it was stocked with every toiletry item you could ever forget or think of or need including first aid items! Check in and check out was a breeze. The only negative was it was a little farther away from the Lextran shuttle to the stadium than we had thought. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

5 night stay

Very accommodating and friendly hosts. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed several good meals in the area within walking distance. There was also a good bakery and a donut shop within a few blocks. Great bar-b-que too. Hosts supplied a variety breakfast items and coffee which was a nice surprise. Very close to downtown, and easy parking. Clean, comfortable and convenient.
