Jazzfest renovated apartment across from City Park perect for Jazzfest &weddings

Beautiful studio apartment with private entrance through a shared courtyard in the heart of historic Mid City New Orleans. Directly across from City Park and centrally located to numerous attractions. Queen bed with deluxe mattress as well as a Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Close to two different street car lines and 4 short blocks to the Lafitte Greenway. There are museums, bars, restaurants, local stores, and cafes and so much more within walking distance. Easy access to the interstate and the French Quarter.

The space

Original house built in 1905. The entire home was completely restored with a focus on historic preservation. The apartment is attached to our home. There is a separate entrance and no shared living space.
Beautiful custom cabinets in the Kitchen. 55" HD TV. The studio has two closets and shelving. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Original hardwood flooring throughout the bedroom and kitchen area. Single cup coffee pot with pods. Board games and cards. Bathroom has granite counter tops, custom vanity, shower/ bath. This is a first floor apartment of a two story house. 10ft ceilings and old world charm. There are sound barriers installed in the ceiling but it’s possible you will some hear some faint noise from the remaining areas of the house. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Guests have access to our shared rear courtyard which includes a sitting area and classic European style pavers.

Hosts live in main house and will respect your privacy but are available 24/7 for any needs.

Perfect place to stay

This place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed while visiting my son and his family. The washer and dryer was nice to have also. Will definitely be staying again!

Well worth the stay!

The apartment was awesome! It was conveniently located to the park and places to eat. I truly appreciated the things to do info from Ryan, the owner and Lonnie, the property manager made sure we were comfortable. Definitely will rent there again!

Clean and comfortable near City Park

We’ve stayed here several times now and it is consistently clean and prepared. It’s compact but has all we need or want. The private patio area adds outdoor living space when the weather allows. It’s convenient to many attractions and transportation. The hosts live adjacent and are wonderful. We will continue to use this as our preferred lodging in New Orleans.

We got this rental bc it was a short walk to the streetcar station, which meant that once we arrived our car didn’t need to move (3 day unlimited pass for $8). The property was quite nice and fit our needs. Definitely look into getting again when we visit

Amazing spot to stay in Nola!

We had a great experience here during our stay in New Orleans! From communication and response time to the VEBOs cleanliness and cuteness, Ryan was the best host! We even had a slight AC hiccup and he had someone there to fix it the same morning within an hour of texting him. He recommended so many great spots to eat, so many things to do, and even recommended a driver to us to use for The Eras Tour! Check in was super smooth and so was check out. Even parking was super convenient being able to park right outside of the unit. We'll definitely be staying here the next time we visit Nola. You'll love your stay here!

City Park setting

We loved our stay and are anxious to return. The location was conveniently located for us and it was easy to get to the airport or other points of interest by Uber. There was excellent communication with the property manager. The property was very well maintained and tastefully appointed and the courtyard was so charming! We’re returning there in a couple months for jazzfest and it is an easy bike ride to the fairgrounds.

Home away from home

I stayed in this VRBO for 10 nights when my own house in New Orleans had a prolonged power outage. It truly became my home away from home in my own city. Ryan was extremely kind and accommodating and made the entire process easy and comfortable. The apartment was spotless, had all the essential amenities, was comfortable and the location is perfect- right across the street from City Park and close to so many other nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Long Weekend in NOLA

We spent 3 nights in Ryan’s lovely unit near City Park. The location was great. We walked to yummy dining locations and then worked off some calories by renting blue bikes and riding through City Park and the surrounding area. The house is perfect. It is small but has everything you need and is very comfortable and super clean. I loved the courtyard. Took a short nap outside in the sun. There are many great eating places nearby. Ryan had excellent recommendations! Plenty of convenient transportation options to get you wherever you want to go including the French Quarter. When we return to the Big Easy we will most definitely stay here again 😃. Thanks for a great experience Ryan!

Luxurious

My partner and I rented this place because we were visiting a friend who lives in the neighborhood and wanted to stay close by. I chose this property because of the high praise for the bed — believe the reviews, it is one of the comfiest beds I’ve had the pleasure of sleeping on (deliciously on the form side). The stay was on the pricey side but worth it, I was well rested across the trip and isn’t that the most important thing?

Beautiful Space

We enjoyed our visit. The space was nice and had everything we needed for a few days couples stay. Host was very welcoming and accommodating. There are several really nice restaurants, bars, coffee shops all in walking distance. A nice location away from downtown, but just a short cab ride away.

Perfect New Orleans Stay

This stay was perfect. The unit is situated in such a great spot right near City Park. It is walking distance to City Park, cafe dumonde in the park, other cafes and restaurants, and for Mardi Gras, we got the best view of Krewe of Endymion parade. I felt really safe in the area. Parking was super easy. I was able to park right next to the unit. Im not sure if I can mention names here but L & R next door were awesome! They let us crash their Mardi Gras party. Okay, now let us talk about the actual place. It is perfect. The perfect kitchen appliances, the crown molding, the fixtures, washer dryer. All of it was … perfect. The host communicated with us the entire time. We will difinitely book here on our next trip to NOLA
