notre impression

Arrivée dans une maison non chauffée : le propriétaire a allumé le chauffage à notre arrivée . Résultat : première soirée et première nuit froides. Confort de la maison vraiment minimaliste (salle de bains rudimentaires) et propreté : limite.

Séjour en famille

Grande maison basque, pour familles avec enfants. Mais les lits et matelas au confort digne d'une colonie de vacances ... quel dommage à ce prix ! Renouveler les lits serait une marque de respect pour les locataires. Enfin la localisation est pratique pour rayonner de la cote aux montagnes.

Verres dépareillés pas de verre à pied Plat pour le four à revoir Pas de Couteau à viande Le propriétaire très accueillant Discret va faire le nécessaire pour améliorer ce service . Casa Etxetxo

Todo y que la casa está muy bien ubicada para visitar Biarritz, Bayona, St. Juan de Luz, etc.; está bastante vieja. No hay TV ni wifi. Es grande para alojar a 12 personas holgadaments pero le convienen algunas reformas sobretodo en los baños. El propietario muy amable y servicial.

Hidden costs for bedsheets and for non existent

Extremely disappointing, we are touring France in a group of 8. Given that here we paid the highest price for 4 nights (and totally out of the range) we expected to get a luxurious villa with local flavor. It ended up not even having warm water, cleaning was poor (no discussion about objects being disinfected…) furniture was hardly acceptable, once I saw the attic I had a panic attach. More of a Adams family house, full of spiders, ants, dirt, no sign of 2021 civilization. We were offered a discount of a service that we were never informed in advance it existed. Charging for bedsheets (that don’t even fit) and (small) towels without advertising these prices is not a fair practice. Comparing the price we paid in Luz Saint Saveur (near Col de Tourmalet) during Tour de France and in Saint Chamas (Provence) for two amazing villas, as well as a 4 star hotel in Nise where we paid decent prices in comparison, we find this place to be a big rip off and not recommended.

superbe maison

Superbe Maison Basque avec un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, maison dans un très bon état avec un magnifique jardin ou l'on peut y retrouver des chevaux. À environs 20 min de la mer Dans un endroit assez calme et assez éloignées des voisins ce qui permet de mettre la musique et de faire des soirées sans trop de problèmes. À refaire pour ma part.
