A Beach Block property that is comfortable and airy. Large 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1st floor unit just 3 houses from the beach. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Just 3 short blocks on the oceanfront boardwalk to the playground, arcade, pizza shop and sandwich/ice cream shops. The front to side deck is perfect for relaxing in the shade and listening to the summer sounds. The main area includes a living room on your left and kitchen/dining area on your right. Down the hallway there is a bedroom (2 twins) on the right, a bedroom (2 twins), washer/dryer closet and full bath on the left. The South side includes a bedroom (2 twins) on the right and a bedroom (double bed and TV) plus a full bath on the left. Plenty of room for vacation relaxation.
