ATTRACTIVE AVALON TOWNHOUSE! This 4 bedroom rear unit townhouse is surprisingly private yet close to all activities including the beach, town and tennis! The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a single trundle bed, another with 2 single beds and the third with a queen size bed. There is also a full hallway bathroom. The second floor has a spacious great room with 2 decks, a half hallway bathroom and a master suite with a private bathroom. The kitchen with granite counter tops, 42" TV, dining room table, wireless internet. Parking: The long driveway on the left side of property (when facing the building from the street) belongs to our unit. It can accommodate 4 or 5 cars as long as the first car pulls in all the way to the rear of the building. The stones directly in front of the building are reserved for the front unit. A propane grill is in the back yard.
