Nicely appointed house

Like many French house it is sparsely decorated, not alot of pictures on walls etc. and the furniture is minimal. But is was comfortable except for the beds which we always find too hard. We used duvets off other beds to make pillow top. The pillows are also very soft, which we have trouble with. (We have now bought our own). The bathrooms were good, great water pressure, nice baths. Though the hairdryer couldn't reach the mirror. Kitchen was tiny but we made lots of use of it. It had everything we needed. We appreciated the nespresso and pod supply very much. The lounge area and TV were of a good standard and we were comfortable sitting there at night. Candles made a nice ambience. The gardens are expansive and we sat out in the sun most afternoons. It is very private in the area. Lots of huge tractors go by because it is an agicultural area. There is no shop in town and nearest is 15 minutes drive away, same for restaurants so we ate in alot at night. Overall, it was very pleasant.
