This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is a first floor of a duplex conveniently located within walking distance to the 80th Street recreation area and the shops and restaurants of downtown Stone Harbor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, the third bedroom has a trundle which opens to 2 twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large patio area in the rear of the property has a grill and table and chairs for outside dining and relaxing. The washer and dryer for the property is located in laundry room attached to the garage. New flooring in the living areas and a completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances has been completed for the 2020 season.
