The first floor offers a very spacious and open floor plan with refinished original hard wood floors, a den/TV room to the right of the living room and pocket doors for privacy, dining area, renovated kitchen that steps out to the backyard deck, two nice sized bedrooms and a full bath. The 2nd floor offers 3 large bedrooms and bath. Bunk bed is single over double. On the ground floor level is 1 bedroom with kitchenette and living area, full bath and it's own private entrance. This home is ideally located to the beach and all the amenities of downtown Avalon: Shopping, Miniature Golf, Restaurants, Night Life. A great family home for the whole family.
