The property has 4 private individual villas each with breathtaking views of the bay. The Seahorse Villa is a 2 Bed/1 Bath unit located right on a stretch of a secluded beach in the world-famous Magens Bay. This private St. Thomas vacation villa rental offers a world of natural beauty and serenity to discerning travelers. Nestled amid lush vibrant flowers and tropical trees with an enormous vista of shimmering bay waters right at your disposal, this is the perfect oasis for discovering the true meaning of a Caribbean paradise. In addition to the peaceful seclusion provided by the villa, guests will find the vibrant nightlife, charming boutiques, and fine dining restaurants of St. Thomas just twenty minutes away from home. Whatever brings you to St. Thomas, once you stay with us you will join the many number of our guests who return and tell their friends and relatives, "Stay at Villa Eau Claire. This villa measures 1,000 square feet and is situated at a small elevation just above the sandy beach, accessible via a short stairway. Inside a spacious living room has been comfortably furnished for leisurely afternoons spent indoors, and a kitchen has been well-equipped for your convenience. A wraparound deck runs the length of the unit, offering premier al fresco living/dining experiences – especially beautiful when the sun sets each night.

This villa has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, an ideal oasis for a small family vacation or two couples traveling together to St. Thomas. The first bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second has a queen bed.
Villa Eau Claire has undergone recent renovations to the property. Freshly painted, beautiful new landscaping, outdoor lighting, and new decor make this villa relaxing and enjoyable. Paradise found

Beautiful villa overlooking Magen's Bay offered the perfect amount of solitude and relaxation. We spent our days relaxing in the sun and snorkeling with sea turtles, rinse and repeat.

A great find!

Fantastic. 6 days of relaxing, snorkeling, dining, resting. The island has a great pace, plenty of time for reading, hiking, swimming with the turtles, and a day trip to St. John. The accommodations were just excellent. Hosts are available and responsive, but not obtrusive in any way. We’ll be back.

A Movie Scene!

This place sets the mood! On the side of mountain cliff with a private staircase down to a landing, go right and find a perch with two chairs overlooking beautiful Megan’s Bay, go left to a private beach! Every morning watching sea turtles, pelican and iguanas while we enjoyed our coffee. The balcony view into and across the bay was a movie scene! An amazing place and host!

We had a great time staying here, beautiful property with even better views and scenery. Rick is an excellent host. We had the greatest time exploring the island and relaxing in the private swimming hole. We would come back again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making everything so accommodating Rick!

Best Experience Ever

It was our first time coming to St. Thomas and we couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay! With the private beach access in Magen’s Bay, we felt like it was paradise! The property was so quiet and quaint, we felt like it was a home away from home. We loved waking up to the sting rays and swimming with all the sea turtles in the crystal clear water.

Fantastic Location!

We had a great week at Villa Eau Claire. Rick was very responsive to all of my questions. You have direct access to your own little beach on one of the prettiest beaches in the Virgin Islands. The wildlife was amazing - we enjoyed the pelicans - they put on quite a show for you as they dive-bomb right in front of you, you can see the sea turtles swimming from the deck and the iguanas roaming around as well. A truly amazing experience. Parking was tight…but I think that just goes with anywhere on the island. Overall, it was a super relaxing and fantastic week!

Beautiful Getaway

The vista is gorgeous. Watching the teeming schools of fish, the hunting tarpon, the flocks of diving birds, and the sea turtles in the bay at your feet is amazing. We snorkeled and lazed in the water, relaxed and counted the iguanas in the trees from the comfort of the clean and well-appointed condo. Owners are easy to interact with and the rental process was a breeze.

Breathtaking view

We loved our stay! Couldn't have been happier with the location, secluded and peaceful. We saw sea turtles everyday, Little Magens beach was private and perfect for snorkeling. The view from our balcony was truly breathtaking. Alot of stairs but well worth it

The house was awesome. It is a little off the beaten path, which we really enjoyed. Beautiful views from most everywhere in the house. The balcony was very pleasant with lots of wildlife to watch. The how had all the essentials and plenty of extras.

Breathtaking Views!

Look no further, you have found your next St Thomas stay! This place has absolutely breathtaking views of Magens Bay and the accommodations have everything you need. Easy access right down to the water and Little Magens beach access makes this place unbeatable! We saw sea turtles every single day and found the water right outside is amazing for snorkeling. Can’t say enough good things!

A Week in Paradise

I want to start by saying we absolutely loved the property and had an amazing week. We stayed in the two bedroom one bathroom apartment. The apartment was clean, well stocked, amazing view and comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

So disappointing

While the view and the location are perfect, the unit itself left much to be desired. There were no adequate drinking glasses (except for wine and martinis). There were not enough spoons, or coffee mugs without chips in them. The shower curtain isn't sized properly so water goes all over the floor. I almost broke my back getting out of the shower on one ocassion. The hairdryer is broken. The windows are inadequate and there are lots of mosquitos and other small bugs to annoy. The stairs leading down to the laundry and beach are old and worn and frightening to use. The beach towels are worn and torn. The air conditioning units do not function as provided and we were woken in the night by beeps and other noises that we could not fix. When we asked how to fix it, we were not given an answer and told that we would have to have someone come out which they never did. We had to park on the main road (which is quite dangerous) when the parking area filled up (which includes the owner's car which is left there all the time). For the price, this unit woefully inadequate. I would not recommend staying here.

Fantastic Experience

The place was wonderful. Large covered veranda with bbq table and chairs. A small private beach. The view of Megan’s beach and the bay were fantastic. One thing to consider though is the number of stairs you need to negotiate. It’s about 66 steps down to the beach. Another 60 or so to the parking space above the units. The whole island is made of steep high hills so you can’t avoid stairs. Lots of things to watch from the beach or deck. Diving birds of All sorts catching fish. Numerous yachts and sail boats coming and going. Most stay overnight for a couple days. Meagan’s beach is a very short drive away. Loved the stay there.

Beautiful Eau Claire escape!

Ideal Northside Location

Villa Eau Claire is perfectly located on Magens Bay. We loved its close proximity to Magens Bay Beach and our morning turtle watching sessions. Our two bedroom unit was perfect for 4 people.

Relaxing getaway

The pictures provided for Villa Eau Claire are exactly what you get. The views are outstanding, you’d be hard pressed to find many places where you can wake up and look out your window and see that view! We did indeed see many sea turtles, iguanas, and sting rays during our visit. Swimming access here is very easy, just a walk down the stairs over a few rocks and then you’re in shallow water. Plenty of beautiful fish around the rocks to look at. The water is very smooth and calm, like a lake, hardly any waves. The house has 3 individual room A/Cs, and ceiling fans to cool things off when the trade winds aren’t blowing as much. The fridge was well stocked with items to make sandwiches, like mustard and Mayo, and there were already cold drinks waiting. The spice cabinet had everything you would need to flavor your meal. The bathroom also had all your toiletry items and more. You could show up to this villa with just your clothing and have everything you need. They also have sunscreen, bug spray, after bite, and aloe there for you! And beach towels and some snorkel gear! Would definitely stay here again.

The (4)villas are surrounded by flower and fruit trees, which make it a tropical paradise unto its own.

Villa Eau Claire is located on the beautiful Magens Bay. Magens Bay is known for its tranquil and warm waters. The bay is filled with many varieties of sea life, and is an amazing snorkeling adventure.
